Personal skills are considered as soft skills that emerge naturally among the individuals.
Developing effective skills makes more confident and increase the overall productivity in the
organization. By gaining of knowledge, skills and experience assist to move forward in the
career (Barrable, Papadatou-Pastou and Tzotzoli, 2018). Hence, the report will include essential
skills which helps the student to be successful in future along with its importance in the
workplace. Further it will provide the recommendations that improve the content of the CV
which helps in getting placed at appropriate organization.

Skills refers to the ability and potential to self manage, solve problem and the
understanding of environment. The students with effective soft skills lead to growth and
expansion of their knowledge (Fazal, Hussain and Majoka , 2012). Among various skills there
are five effective skills that students are required to be successful in future below are as follows:-
1. Communication Skills- An effective communication skills enables the students to adapt
more from the learning process. With the habit of proper reading, writing and listening
carefully makes the communication effective. The students may ask relevant questions
and discuss their doubts to teachers will results in better understanding. Communication
process consists of exchanging ideas, thoughts, knowledge and information with others
(Dolan, 2017). It helps in capturing large audience with proper eye contact which depicts
the interest and efficiency level of receiver. This also enables to use varied of vocabulary
and tailor the language according to the receiver's perspective. Communication skills
enables the student to be successful in future career and also beneficial in the workplace.

subordinates. This also provides the confidence level at workplace to present their views
and opinions in front of management.
2. Time Management- It is the process of planning and managing the work with the
division of time between various activities. Effective time management enables to work
