INTRODUCTION
Higher education is an important perspective of individuals academic career which leads
towards understanding of various aspects that are used for studying business management more
effectively. Through higher education basic understanding about various topics are covered
within business management is understood. It leads towards development of professional and
academic skills which leads towards overall development of academic integrity within
individuals academic year. This leads towards facilitating and assisting over studies related to
management. Thus scope of higher education becomes wider which makes students understand
about career opportunities within management field. The project is based over challenges faced
during studying of business management within academic and professional development. Then
personal SWOT analysis has been conducted. In the end practices applicable over learning has
been discussed.

The cultural and behavioural expectations of studying for a degree in business management.
Business management studies deals with various aspects that is used by an organization
in order to enhance its process in terms of certain aspects like market, customers, finance,
operations, communication, information and technology with business policy and strategy. These
perspectives are used by business to attain overall growth. Studying of business management
allows an individual to understand about various aspects which is based over elements of
business that helps in conducting operations on large scale(Fassett and Pike, 2022). In order to
study about business management cultural and behavioural should be understood. Culture means
those patterns which are followed within society that helps in determining about business
environment within an organization. Another important part of business management studies is
behaviour which tends to provide overview about professional code of conduct to be followed
within an organizations working. Both culture and behavioural perspectives are important for
business management studies and has certain exceptions which are discussed as follows:
 Ethical code of conduct: This is one of the most important part which is used for
studying about internal working of business. It contains various principles that helps in
governing decisions and behaviour within an organization(Bell-Werner, 2019). They are

used for providing general outline of employees in terms of discipline and order within an
organization. It helps students understand about disciplinary policies that has been
formed by organization.
 Corporate social responsibility: This is important part of behaviour and culture studies
related to business management which makes students understand about social
responsibility posses by an organization towards society. It works upon various issues of
society which makes organization form connection with individuals within society.
These are important exceptions which is related to culture and behaviour for studying
business activities. Thus it becomes important to study these factors for better business
management studies. It make an individual prepare for professional development over job role
selected by him /her.
The importance of peer-to-peer support and team working to enhance learning experience.
Peer-to-peer support means support which is provided by an individual to another
individual while working within an organization. It helps upon creating companionship between
employees and staff people which makes task completion possible. Through peer-to-peer support
an employees are able to make diverse culture introduced within an organization(Martens and et.
al., 2018). Team working means process which is used in order to develop coordination among
team members. Team working makes organization completed their task and its different stages
with better efficiency. Team working allows organization to perform collaborative work making
business achieve goals and objectives on large scale. Through peer-to peer support and team
work organization is able to achieve productivity of employees by enhancing their
communication skills. Students are required to study these terms in order to make sure that they
are able to develop strong professional techniques within their future job role. These concepts
makes students understand about value of strong employees relationship. Also, It leads towards
developing strong understanding about project completion process. In makes students learn about
dealing with issues like discrimination and harassment which directly impacts working culture of
an organization. Thus it both peer-to-peer support and team working must be learn by students of
business management that makes academic growth and professional development possible.

How this learning will impact further studies and your future career.
Learning is one of the most effective process which is used by me to understand new
things related to business management which makes confidence and capabilities within me
developed on large scale. I am able to explore about challenges that can be faced by me within
professional world(Nobah, 2020). Through the learning of business management and topics
related to it I am able to understand about use of innovation within organizations growth. The
learning has helped me in making appropriate decisions which lead towards shaping my career
and future growth simultaneously with academic career. I have learned about training and
development programs which makes productivity enhanced within me with positive approach
towards organizational growth. Learning about business management makes me develop
opportunities for future growth within the field. I am able to make planning about my future
career and job related aspects in an organization. I makes learning to be more effective in terms
of business opportunities that has been generated through completing degree of business
management.
How you will practise and apply what you have learnt
I will apply these learning in order to improve my skills like communication,
presentation, conflict solving, planning and innovation skills which leads towards development
of qualities of good manager within me (Mishra, 2020). Also, by applying learning process
related to business management I am able to develop my leadership skills that makes me work
