power to raise individual performance with great manner because it helps to develop higher
efficiency in future growth.
Nature of feedback and feed forward and model for reflection on feedback and feed forward
Nature of feedback: In context of success in higher education of individual feedback helps to
students that what they really wants to gain, develop, learn from current performance evaluation.
Teachers mainly use this key to provide information to student that individual has this specific
skill which provides benefits into future.
Nature of feed forward: It is assignment process where experts provide idea for how to do
better and effective work with continues work hard and learning process. Feed forward in terms
of reflective learning process individual develop clarity that if communication is good then its
not essential that it makes positive results in future, it also requires some specific skills like team
management, leadership skills, time management, uses of technology for product marketing and
target customer evaluation skills from digital sources and many more (Wesely, 2021).
Uses of feedback and feed forward in model for reflection
Gibbs reflective model helps to creates more clarity and it provides guidance that what kind of
skills mainly requires for my future effectiveness; also it helps to gives best ideas for higher
efficiency expansion in higher education. I analyses from the model and from my teacher’s
feedbacks into class that I am good in communication but it requires more skills like time
management, presentation, digital technology management skills, human resource management
and many more. From the feedback its been clear that I have to build team management skills
with participates into collage events become leader. Because leadership skill is key aspect for
managing large number of people with sustainable manner and I analyzed from the feedback that
most import thing for my future in higher education is to learn digital technology and maintain
good relation with customer for long term customer attraction (Niaz and Mistry, 2021).
Thus, idea of all the essential term its been clear that I do have to participate into collage

tools because it helps to provide multiple range of benefits to become marketing expert. I analyze

that Gibbs reflective model is useful for career growth it gives proper ideas that this specific
skills are also very essential for future benefits.
Reflective approach to feedback and feed forward can inform and improve future formative and
summative assessments
From the feedback and feed forwards of my reflection with model practices its been clearly
evaluated that I do have to learn management skills because its very clear that when I participate
into organization as marketing employee I do have to perform task within team. And then I get
promoted by my senior authority I do have to manage team because marketing executive has
duty to manage different employee work performance. I analyze from my past evaluation and
feedbacks from experts like my teachers raise my confidence level that I am good speaker but I
have lack of confidence and eye contact with audience so I decide that I have to learn this skill
(Jung and Wise, 2020).
So for the learning of this skill I decide and I participate into collage presentation
functions and other cultural activities where I build eye contact with audience which is useful for
cracking interview in retail industry where company mainly prefer to engage appropriate
marketing expert for their growth. I analyze that feedback is useful but without having feed
forward I am not able to decide my future goals. Because of experts motivation and their
guidance I decide to build skills with taking higher education for my success and extra classes
for technology skills advancement with participate into organization where company mainly
provide how to use technology for best and effective product marketing.
Also, from the feedback and feed forward I do have clarity and consistency that I do have
to build more focuses and consideration on my future effectiveness. And its very effective
approach that when individual have idea to manage their performance they do have to raise
higher concern and focuses on the effective performance development with regular practices and
continue evaluation and practices of require practices. I do have potential to manage time but
from the expert feedback its clearly evaluate that I am lazy in completing my work so this term
and lack of skills also impacts on performance. Idea of this term I clearly decide that I do have to
build higher consideration and focuses towards with the application of appropriate resources
where I get learn multiple things with great manner.

From the feed forward I analyses that experts or professors mainly provide instruction
that career development in specific field is not easier task because it takes different range of
skills combination. Having multiple skills is the only option which helps to build career with
continues manner. Its been clear that application of reflective practices has power to make clarity
in terms of managing services with great manner (Matsuo and Nagata, 2020).
CONCLUSION
It has been summarized from the above reflective study that Gibbs reflection model helps
to give exact information on the basis of past to future experience and career effectiveness with
proper consideration and focuses towards with the appropriate goals for career development.
This study has been properly provided information for successful career orientation expansion
which type of skills and practices mainly requires. I decide that I have to get higher education in
masters in marketing field but I don’t have specific goals that in which area of department I do
have to choose so this term gets very difficult and it badly impacts on my selection of wrong
criteria. It has been also identified that from the feedbacks and feed forward from experts is the
best tool which clearly provides guidance that which type of skills and practices essential for
building career in specific field.
