INTRODUCTION
Current environment is full of competition where it is required to the organisation that
it follows rules and regulations and prepares for the success of the business operations
(Allina, 2018). In relation to the present essay there is a discussion about my personal
experience in a preparing for successful knowledge and creativity module. Along with the set
includes the communication skills which are applicable to the academic and professional
contexts as well as how this will help me in developing and approaching the future challenges
and expectation at university course.
MAIN BODY
Knowledge and creativity act as an important part within an individual working life.
This is because knowledge and creativity are based on an individual response to the current
business environment and helps in gaining maximum advantage (Davidson, 2017). Relation
to the current method which is based on preparing for success within university it is helpful in
increasing my experience as well as gaining knowledgeable and creative skills. The main
purpose of using this module is to increase my skills and abilities to perform in my future
career where I can easily handle different situations by increasing my professional skills. At
the time of studying within the session, I realised that there are a number of functions which
are required in an individual in order to increase the knowledge and creativity. These are
directly associated with attending the classes and managing the function in appropriate way.
At the time of current session I heard in saw number of activities which are related to my
development. Under this module I participated as a leader of a team where I gained
information and knowledge about how to lead different in division and how to manage their
behaviour in context of organisation.
This module is also helpful in developing separate knowledge about various aspects
which can be learnt while performing on a particular course. In order to complete my sessions
are use different resources. These are time, money, my own intelligence, experience and
many others. This is all resources help me in improving my skills and knowledge by
performing on this module and using this module in relation to developing my future
abilities. I always used to be act in a positive manner while performing this module because it
helped me in being positive. This is also effective in managing the function and promoting
organisational behaviour in appropriate way. This developed vision which can be used to

manage the function and achieve the objectives of the module. There are a number of other
individuals who are interested in the session which are helpful in performing and reacting this
(Sternberg, 2016).
When I was performing this graduation course identified that it helps me in
developing my different skills and knowledge which are related to academic and
employability. In between this course I gain knowledge about various aspects related to
professional is which help me in building my career opportunities and identify various types
of careers which I can use in future. This module also helps me in developing my academic
and employability skills where I improve my communication and management skills. This is
because when I was performing and this system I have to communicate with different
individuals as well as manage their roles and responsibilities in the university according to
the requirement of task assigned to the team. This also help me in developing a leadership
skills because I used to be the leader within the management team of the organisation where I
have to maintain the discipline as well as manage different students for establishing discipline
within the university (Amabile and Pratt, 2016). This helped me in leading the people and
achieving objectives of the team. When I was performing this course I also identified that
there are some weak aspect in me which I have to improve. I also identified that my
relationship management skills are weak. I have to improve in relation to achieve my future
career objectives and perform better with good knowledge and skills. Under this I used to
communicate with different individuals where I can establish a good relationship with them
by helping them and solve their queries and interacting in a pleasant manner. This session is
important for me as it help me in increasing my confidence while working as well as improve
my ability to understand different things in easy and specified manor.
According to me, this module is helpful in developing a better knowledge win an
individual and improves their creativity skills so that they can perform to the future aspects.
There are number off expectation from this university course which identified by me. The
first expectation from this course is that it will help in future as well as improving the career
of an individual by improving their knowledge and creativity and developing different kind
of abilities. This model also includes some kind of challenges which field at the time of
performance as a student. In order to overcome these weaknesses I used to address each and
every weakness and aspect which I have to improve in order to achieve objectives. I tried
hard all my weaknesses and used to get support from teachers which also make me an
effective student while performing and improve my performance for better results. In the

beginning my major weakness is my communication skill which I have developed by the time
by using appropriate approaches when managing these approaches in a way to achieve the

CONCLUTION
It can be concluded from the above mentioned information that in order to achieve the
objectives related to a university course it is important for an student to learn effectively and
use the tools and techniques in a manner to achieve the goals.
