In the project closure customer has signed the formal letter. No project can be closed until
contract get closed first and it is only possible when manager sign- off formal letter with clients.
After that final analysis of project scope is done in the closure phase. In this it has been analysed
that whether all deliverables has meet criteria or not. PIR report has been prepared and proper
recommendation is given in this respect. Re- Assigning of resources is being done so that new
project can be continue.
