This essay mainly focus on the relationship between the learner and
developer for gaining the relationship and attaining the success associated to
knowledge and creativity at university level. There are various skills which are used
as a learner which are needed to be considered within this essay and discuss in the
light of self-evaluation process. This essay includes the two main concept which are
related to developing process during this module. Furthermore, which future
challenges will be faced by a student and expectations of the university are
explained through the module process.
On the basis of knowledge and creativity to make systematic growth I was
able to try and manage skills as a learner in this module. In order to attain and make
success as the knowledge in related to information and understating process. In the
basic information, creativity is the main fact which gain more experiences and
education process. It further helps in differencing and manage ability to pertain world
of innovation the ways to attract a hidden pattern and make connections which is not
related to produce the solution. I am able to knowledge management to set the
principle to set the principles that are directly govern business and organisational
process design with different techniques, technologies and application process. With
the help learning skills I try to learn skills and managing prioritised for study related
activities for managing methods, referencing and essay writing. In this module, I
learned regarding and essay formats. It further to provide make significant
management to coherently in the future use. It is basically related to manage for
referencing for analysing the system in different conceptual data. I learned the

and authenticity which are related to achieve in this module. Furthermore, with the

development.
I learnt the process for managing the basic understanding the using and
managing the digital college, checking mails and cookies and other policies and
process for managing different conceptual data. Also, I have learnt about new
knowledge areas such as email etiquette through the use of outlook, for managing

one drive and saving it. I am able to manage and enter the digital platform and

regarding skills. This module is very useful and effective for managing my own
personal development and gave me to make effective platform for managing more
advanced like using excel, outlook and doing and mathematical problems quickly.
This module helps in gain my understanding which are associated to different
learning styles and helped in more effective and appropriate ways. It is effective and
helpful for managing and assigning the role to understand the ways of learning and
developed them as a learner.
Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations
While studying in the module, facility adopt the various strategies for
managing innovation and surveys for make structural practices in different
challenges for managing factors. These are the issues which are related to make
obstacle for using more research based practices. Some of the challenges which I
have been identified is to make effective practice and obstacles to use more
research based practices in an effective and appropriate ways. The very first issue
which I will face while studying my course is the time which is involve and learn new
strategies and redesigning courses and action process. Furthermore the concern
which ensure the success and students which are taught and important to make
effective growth in content writing platform. In other words, I have beneficial for
managing concern about ensuring the students that they taught to make important
and content in effective process. I analyse that future concern about the student’s
reaction to make unfamiliar to teaching methods and make an impact on the
student’s course of evaluation in different challenges.
I learn that different students needs different strategies which will helps them
to achieve their aim and overcome the challenges. I have work and manage to
provide wide range of possibilities to provide resources and available techniques

which are needed to be expand in future growth. There are major expectation which
are expected by the teachers, it is analysed to work and make expectation to relate
to delivery methods, implementation of training skills and knowledge to approach in
effective method. The need to provide a TPD sources to demonstrate the role model
and how to deal with the classroom for learning conceptual data. I developed
different conceptual data to complete basic concept in different delivery methods and
implementation process for managing knowledge of performing activities. The
company needed to make weekly routine, flexibility, attendance policies and
methods are used to late policies is beneficial for managing technique in different

at complete each and every moment for managing way of possible growth and
expectation in different sources.
After the reading and managing skills, I gain the conceptual data to make
effective integral in today’s professional and academic lives and coursework from
different websites and sources. I learnt the managing beneficial actions and develop
the media to provide belief to follow the process for entire the life and manage the
effective growth in different professional working. I developed he personal and
professional growth to gain and enhance my knowledge at more advanced and
professional outlook in more effective and appropriate ways.
