the organisation has to fulfil for the welfare of the community. This work as a motivator and an
influencer for the organisation so as to do positive act for the customers and the people of the
society.

The organisation has the ultimate objective of the profit maximisation and the growth of
the firm in the market. Being a small business Austin Fraser has to first focus on the welfare of
the society so that it will get the help to sustain in the crucial market. The aim of the organisation
is to do several activities which can make the people of the society satisfied. The Corporate
Social Responsibility is one of such activity that focuses upon the society, culture, nature and the
factors of the economy. CSR helps the firm to be connected directly with the customers so that
their views and the ideas can be known by the firm. This will definitely help the organisation to
grow and innovate the required things of the customers in the services that is been provided by
them.
