they will manage. It good approach, but audience not listen activities carefully, so I clearly saw
that this term badly impacts on successful planing. From the event I mainly identify three major
problems which are as follows,

evaluate from the event that individual performing their task with good manner but when the two

that individual guest has to develop calm and good behaviour when they come in any type of
event. I face many issues from few guest side they not consider communicating with event
management team people with proper manner, and they not listen information they mainly

people is not easier, so I mainly decide that when I decide to plan next event I mainly develop
written information and provide them sites on the basis of their booking. I saw that two people
fight, and they not behave with good manner. Which is not useful and beneficial for successfully

According to my point of view and research about event practices and management I
mainly face problems from people behaviour because they not listen carefully any essential
aspects which is very bad aspects. But I mainly evaluate this event get successful because they
use technological tools which is beneficial for communication. Development of these tools
makes easier information development which is great for huge event and mainly for music event
because we identify that music event people not listen other view points very clear manner but
application of technological tools its easier to communicate with other.
External and internal both the factors influence performance of organizational so its
important to consider activities of people that which things they decide and how to behaving in
event. I decide to learn skills and provide training to management team that they have to develop
politeness in communication activities. Because, it affects performance of activities throughout
the effectiveness development plan which is great term. And the major thing which I leader from
this sis that they have to engage and develop more effective in distribution of work to individual
according to their interest and implement little strictness if they not perform their given task with
effective manner.
So I have very clear mindset that management of large number of people are not easier,
but application of proper stricture, distribution of work according to their choice is easier term
because it affects performance of individual, and they make more effectiveness in project
plaining activities (Bosibori and Otieno, 2021). Listing of individual point of view is essential
because individual reviews is essential different people have their different perception, so I
develop this beneficial term in my behaviour that when individual wants to build successful
event they have to listen individual perception and ideas which make more efficiency and
individual feel that they have good position. From the identification and evaluation of multiple
activates its very clear to develop effectiveness in project plaining success. I decide to evaluate
and some motivational practices' theory information which generate their performance and their
engagement towards with the business with effective manner.
