There are 2 main research strategies that refer form in which data can be collected by
researchers. Qualitative research strategy is the one in which data needs to be collected in
textual, feelings forms as it has no relation with numbers or numerical data. other research
strategy quantitative refers numerical form of data (Cavalcanti, 2017). When researchers focus
on collecting data in the form of numbers then this type of project or research is known as
quantitative. Selection of research type mainly relies on the scope and nature of research topic.
As in this project, researchers want to know some ways and people’s needs regarding music
concert, so accordingly, qualitative research will be conducted.
Research approach
A plan with steps of data collection and analysis method is known as a research approach.
In inductive approach, researcher has focused on generating a brand-new theory and in
deductive, researcher focuses on developing an existing theory by observation. Inductive
approach is being used when research study is qualitative so accordingly, researcher will use

data collection types. Primary data collection refers data that researchers collect for the first time
by conducting questionnaire survey, interview and others. Whereas, secondary data is the one

previous studies and articles, facts, the researcher collects data in order to make decision and

reliable. Qualitative is a type of data analysis in which researcher analyses non-numerical form
of data. With quantitative data analysis tools, researcher analyses data that are being collected in

performance of project planing. As a manger I firstly decide that I have to consider each and

listen my point of views (Soroka-Potrzebna, 2021). So this term is not good aspect for successful
event, its essential that individual when decide to participate in the event they have to develop
their communication skills firstly because after I identified from my last event that
communication barriers and individual lack of interest badly influence performance of successful
event. As manager of this event I provide them idea that how to resolve complex factors and risk
they will manage. It good approach, but audience not listen activities carefully, so I clearly saw
that this term badly impacts on successful planing. From the event I mainly identify three major
problems which are as follows,
Communication barriers
I evaluate and identified from Music event that program team members' performance
influence because they not listen to idnivdual so it generates complex. One major thins which I
evaluate from the event that individual performing their task with good manner but when the two
people work together and their work connect with each other this time mainly generates
complicates because individual not listen other point of views and perception which is not good
term. Consideration and idea about this term I really want the people mainly develop polite
communication when they share information and instruction to other. So according to my
perception and analysis I mainly decide that communication is major complex term.
Conflicts: Not only event members influence and generate complex but guests who come for
enjoying event they also generate complex and risk in effective project development. I consider
that individual guest has to develop calm and good behaviour when they come in any type of
event. I face many issues from few guest side they not consider communicating with event
management team people with proper manner, and they not listen information they mainly

consider doing things according to their thought process and idea. So management of multiple
people is not easier, so I mainly decide that when I decide to plan next event I mainly develop
written information and provide them sites on the basis of their booking. I saw that two people
fight, and they not behave with good manner. Which is not useful and beneficial for successfully
Music event.
According to my point of view and research about event practices and management I
mainly face problems from people behaviour because they not listen carefully any essential
aspects which is very bad aspects. But I mainly evaluate this event get successful because they
use technological tools which is beneficial for communication. Development of these tools
makes easier information development which is great for huge event and mainly for music event
because we identify that music event people not listen other view points very clear manner but
application of technological tools its easier to communicate with other.
External and internal both the factors influence performance of organizational so its
important to consider activities of people that which things they decide and how to behaving in
event. I decide to learn skills and provide training to management team that they have to develop
politeness in communication activities. Because, it affects performance of activities throughout
the effectiveness development plan which is great term. And the major thing which I leader from
this sis that they have to engage and develop more effective in distribution of work to individual
according to their interest and implement little strictness if they not perform their given task with
effective manner.
So I have very clear mindset that management of large number of people are not easier,
but application of proper stricture, distribution of work according to their choice is easier term
because it affects performance of individual, and they make more effectiveness in project
plaining activities (Bosibori and Otieno, 2021). Listing of individual point of view is essential
because individual reviews is essential different people have their different perception, so I
develop this beneficial term in my behaviour that when individual wants to build successful
event they have to listen individual perception and ideas which make more efficiency and
individual feel that they have good position. From the identification and evaluation of multiple
activates its very clear to develop effectiveness in project plaining success. I decide to evaluate
and some motivational practices' theory information which generate their performance and their
engagement towards with the business with effective manner.
