Equality and diversity has been termed as the important aspects which is promoting the
equality and level of opportunity having the level of diversity. This provides the level of
opportunity to each individual in order to achieve the level of potentiality which is free from
prejudice and discrimination. In the country like united kingdom there are existence of various
laws to have proper promotion in equality ans diversity belonging to the legal consideration. The
diverse level of environment is place of various values as per the background of individual,
knowledge and skills with experience and focus, This will help as in creating the positive,
productive and effective internal and external level of working environment.
TASK 1
P1 Research background.
Many companies are having the increase level of human resource management activities
in order to have proper level of development of different strategies which are related to equality
and diversity. This helps in building the forward thought process in business along with proper
guidance of legals communication in order to have proper level of improvement in
productiveness of corporate along with development opportunities of business ans
competitiveness. ASDA have implementation of various strategies in order to have proper

Cost- It is very important element of a efficient project management plan because it describe the
overall cost that are used for completing the tasks on time. To fulfil the research task and
advantage to correct and relevant subject matter in specific time the investigator will require £
7000. Moreover, the company needs to £ 50000 for conducting different activities such as
investment, employee training, R&D cost, for changes implementation, resource for training and
development etc
Scope- Scope decide the future opportunities for both researchers as well as project managers .
This will help to researchers at a great extent to gain a knowledge about the different methods of
recruitment and selection along with the benefits and drawbacks. Also, beneficial for the
manager to hire or select the appropriate candidate by enhancing the HR practices it has wider
scope in future.
Quality- It requires execution of project activities as well as research with reliability,
measurability and excellence performance. It helps researcher to collect the valuable information
through the various methods like questionnaire. Also, a project manager take advantages of
proper qualitative data that are collected by investigator which helps in performing the project
task on time in a systematic manner.
Risk- Risk is an important factor that are occurs in every kind of activities or tasks. At a time of
conducting research, investigator suffering from lack of time and resources this will lead in delay

complete their own tasks on time. There are several mediums of communication that are used by
the researchers to communicate with clients such as emails and telephones (Fletcher, 2017).
