INTRODUCTION
Today's business environment get more dynamic and it become the major reason for
organisation that they should focus on increasing sustainability and productivity in order to
handle them. It is very necessary for organisation that they should focus on human resource
because it is the one who gives productivity and efficiency in order to achieve organisational
objectives (Azanha and et. al., 2017). It is identifying in many areas that due to lack efficiency
and productivity of employees business get in a loss. Companies who have talented employees,
they are trying to manage and retain their employees so that they will not face any such type of
complexity. But it is not easy and that's why they need to use talent management. In this context,
amazon is undertaking to evaluate the strategies in order to retain their talented and skilful
employees. Amazon is the multinational company of America that deals in online retailing in
which they are providing goods and services to the consumers. This report deals in identification
of best strategies that helps in retaining talented employees.

It is very clear that organisation need to focus on retaining employees in order to get
successful business. It is identified that success and growth of organisation depends on
employees efficiency. But due to competition and other reasons it is identified that employees
frequently leaving organisation that raise the employees' turnover ratio (Maqbool and et. al.,
2017). It is not good for organisation as they can not able to expand and grow their business in
the market. Due to increasing in employees' turnover ratio, it exploits overall image of
organisation. So that's why it is very necessary for organisation that they should make strategies
in order to retain talented employees. Amazon is the multinational organisation that need to
improve their HR practice if they want to decrease employees' turnover ratio. There are many
challenges that can be face by HR such as reduction in productivity, low leadership, etc. With the
help of HRM practices they can easily handle al problems (Akhmetshin and et. al., 2019). It is
very necessary for them that they should identify the ways and strategies in order to retain
employees with the help of project plan. That means it can be done with the help of research
which assist in finding appropriate strategies.

P1) Aims and objectives of organisation.
It is very important for amazon that they should know about their aims and objectives in
order to make strategies. Without aims and objectives they are unable to perform anything
because it becomes useless if they do that (Ardito and et. al., 2019). So that's why it is very
necessary for organisation that they should know about their aims and objectives. Aims and
objectives gives the clear directions to HR manager of amazon so that they can take further
necessary corrective actions.

productivity but they should also focus on retaining them so that they can not feel lack of skilful
employees. It is very necessary for organisation that they should identify the strategies in order to
retain employees. If company wants to solve their problems they they adopt talent management
in which all talented and skilful employees are trying to retain for long term period so that they
success and growth. There are many reasons for employees in which organisation need to use
talent-management. Reasons are lack of job satisfaction, politics in organisation, lack of
promotions and future growth. These reasons are creating dissatisfaction in employees and that's
why they are trying to leave that organisation. Sometimes it is noticed that organisation fails to
encouraging innovative thinking and that's why employees feel very low. It becomes the main

P2) Produce a performance management plan.
Project management plan is a documented that is formulated to support the management
of a project. All the steps that are important and are part of the project are mentioned under
project management plan. The performance of employee is important for completion of project
management. It is important that the project plan should be formulated in such a way that helps
the employees to work (Cano and Hernández, 2017). The goals and objectives should be clear
and achievable so that the employees and the organisation can work towards accomplishing
them. The duties of employees should be clear so that they are able work towards them. Along
with that it is vital that there are measures so that if there are gaps they can be filled. It is
important to monitor the performance and take actions that will help to accomplish the plans
successfully. There is need of corrective measures so that the desired outcomes are achieved. A
successful project management plan can be formulated with the help of Work Break Down
Structure and Gantt Chart (Sacio-Szymańska and Nosarzewski, 2019). Timeline and budget is
decided and is part of project management plan.
Scope: Scope of the project shows all the important aspects of the project. The direction
in which the project will go. The report is based on strategies that help to retain the talented staff
