planning so that the manufacturing of the product and the handling of the limited resources of
the organisation is done accurately. The new project of Hook Norton Brewery involves the
process of proper initiation of the project, planning and executing the project plan correctly.
Finally, the monitoring and controlling the entire project accordingly is done for better
performance. This will help the small-sized firm to complete the project within the funds that
they have along with gaining good profit from the market. As per Alotaibi and Mafimisebi
(2016, p.501), the project management involves the resources, employees and the top
management of the organisation for the better execution of the project. Hook Norton Brewery
involves their less number of employees in the new product manufacturing so that the
organisation can expand their business in the supermarkets. Project management is
advantageous for Hook Norton Brewery because it aids in delivering efficient services to the
customers, improving the satisfaction of the buyers, enhancing the growth of the organisation
along with the employees. In addition to that, it also assists in expanding the services of the

expanding their business in the supermarkets. The organisation has the scope of expanding
because the product is an entirely new type of snacks that can be eaten with a beer. The main

organisations have to prepare a presentation that will contain pictures and description about

item. Their business is very small and they have struggled a lot to survive in such competitive
market. That is why; magnification of trade and commerce of this brewery is required to be
done in order to ensure profitable outcomes. Apart from this, this company, for successful
operation of business, also commit to maintain good quality of product.

In order to develop a project plan, certain things have to be kept in mind like identifying
target customers, understanding the scope of the project and setting the quantifiable
objectives (de Araújo et al. 2017, p.460). All these factors will help in understanding the risk
in the project, cost involved in the project execution along with using the required resources
for the project. Initially, Hook Norton Brewery has to plan the time limit that will be required
for the completion of the project. In addition to that, the firm has to assess the costs, risks and
issues involved in the project. The small-scale enterprises have fewer funds, limited resources
and less developed technology (de Guimarães et al. 2017, p.882). Before setting the plan,

manufacturing of the product or not. The risk of investing more funds in the product

P3 Framing the time with the help of Gantt Chart and constructing a work
breakdown structure

to select a project that will be beneficial for the brewery house. When the decision is taken,
features are collected so that the plan can be formed and incorporated in the business. In
order to make a proper plan, arrangements are done in about eight to sixty days. Reviewing
need to be done for the collected data and it requires sixty days to complete it. A research
plan is then prepared after analysing the entire process and the preparation of the plan is done

online and offline mode because it will help in encountering with numerous people. It is

research became time taking and the employees had to face huge difficulty in convincing the

order to expand the business of Hook Norton Brewery across the borders.

It is required for the brewery house to increase the number of employees in their factories so
that they can manufacture the products for numerous people. Moreover, the quality of the
services needs to be embellished more so that the business enterprise observes a rise in the
business of beer. In present days, people are attracted towards the famous brands and they try
to use every product from the renowned brands only (Muriana and Vizzini, 2017, p.370).
Therefore, Hook Norton Brewery has to amplify their services and products more so that the
brand name becomes popular in front of the masses. It is essential that the company analyses
the performance of the other big industries in this sector so that it gets the idea of executing
the business properly. This will succour the business house to create brand awareness in the
local market. It is highly recommended that the small-scale enterprise undertake these
policies so flourish more in trade and commerce. Moreover, the objectives, which are set, can
be easily fulfilled if the venture undertakes the suggestions in their merchandising.

P7 Consideration of value to meet objectives and learning prospects
A project management includes a set of processes and those are quite algorithmic. Following
the same, it is the responsibility of a project manager to fix all of the issues by detecting the
right combat of change management. In the mentioned project, the prospect of change
management has got value due to the same reasons. On the other hand, the managed
secondary resources are referred according to the right choice. It means each and every
source is found to be perfect match with the requirements. Without having supportive
database, a project manager cannot manage operations on time in terms of decision making.
Besides that, the chosen methodology has supported the project type.
Moreover, if it is a matter to reflect self knowledge, I would like to inform my quality as
manager in the prospect of change management. On the other hand, the changing prospects
should get solution in quickest possible time. Otherwise, I will not be able to meet the
outcomes of the changes in quickest possible time. Finally, my learning stress will also
engage in the observation period. If a respective project cannot be made under surveillance,
progress metrics cannot be set.
