INTRODUCTION
Whether you are the owner of business or you are assigned to manage it, all you need to
do is to keep the business alive and rejuvenated. Managing your business is not that simple as it
sounds, it take a lot of hard work and dedication, which is the forte of Austin Fraser. For
managing it you should know each and every single detail about your business and
simultaneously keep an eye on the business of competitors. To become successful, it demands to
take quick actions and relevant decisions. Being ethical is what will help your business sustain in
the market for a long term and for that corporate social responsibility should be adopted and
taking care of society should be considered(Fernandez and Rainey, 2006). This report is based on
some techniques of how to manage business successfully and projecting CSR implementation for
the betterment of society as well as of business. The project management proven to be helpful in

P1 Project aims and objectives for Austin Fraser
Austin Fraser is a consultancy recruiters dealing in IT , Engineering and Life Sciences.
The objectives of Austin Fraser is to deliver best quality services to their customers, they are
doing this by project management techniques. It helps initiating the project with adequate
planning,executing, controlling and completing the project timely so as to achieve the task
objectives of the cited entity(Shattock, 2010). This helps the employees in gaining a competitive
advantage by serving their clients better services and providing them recruitments. For achieving
this purpose, the first and foremost aims and objectives of the Austin and Fraser covered in this
report are enlisted as follows:
Aim is to implement corporate social responsibility in Austin and Fraser for accomplishing
sustainable goals and objectives.
Corporate social responsibility refers to the activities done by the company as a gratitude towards
the society in which they are operating and using the resources. These are the activities which
provide benefit to the society(Christensen and Christensen, 2003). Earlier it was not necessary to
implement CSR but today its very essential for the reputation of the entity to abide by the polices

of CSR . This betterment can be provided to society in any form like charities , making it
pollution free, growing trees etc.,

top level management and these needed to be defined in a detailed manner.

implement CSR (Crane,. and Matten, 2016). What policies are to be considered.
ï‚· Project Implementation: In this phase the the manager put the resources into use and
start working with the team members.
ï‚· Project Monitoring: The manager of the project needs to monitor and evaluate the
performance of the project and continuously assess it.
ï‚· Project Close: After performing all the above steps the project needed to be close and
those projects with adverse results needed to be closed.
The main objective of the company is to provide recruitments for the companies and to give their
best possible services to their clients(Trevino, and Nelson, 2010). Austin and Fraser need to
capture large market share and defeat their competitors.

and resources
A project management plan is required for the Austin and Fraser for the better and
efficient running of their business. They need to look upon the aspects covering; cost,
scope,time,quality,communication,risk,resources, due to which they can sustainably run their
organisation and achieve the desired results(Ajmal, Helo, and Kekäle, 2010). Their business is

perfect job the factors that are to be looked upon are:
ï‚· Cost: The measurement of costs by the company is required to be done for assessment of
costs such as advertisement, calling cost, induction costs, office set up cost etc. the proper
analyses of this cost helps them to know their expense in advance through estimation and
plan it accordingly(Anderson, and Anderson, 2010.). Controlling costs in a project is
very essential.
ï‚· Scope: They are the agencies which help providing employment to many candidates .
They help finding them the right job. There is no fixed scope of work. They can do all the
possible activities which help the society , to make it a better one .
ï‚· Time: Austin Fraser makes the plan that in what duration or time frame will the project

of society are being used and they have the responsibility to pay them back and don't
waste the resources . They plan to acquire the resources then develop them and manage
them afterwards.
For performing certain works , it is essential to give it a start by designing a plan so that blueprint

completion of the project.
The work break down structure , as the name itself suggests that in the context of Austin
Fraser is that they will divide their work into tasks in an organised and systematic manner so that
the work can be completed effectively and in given time-frame(Daley, 2012.). That is to
implement the CSR they will make a systematic work breakdown structure so that the CSR
project can be completed within a already decided time frame. In work break down structure
each task is allotted to the workers in accordance to their working capacities. The cited
organisation has allotted time for each activity in the implementation process so that the whole
project is implemented on time. Thus, the work will be completed in an organised manner and
because of this project completion time can be determined in advance and the various other
activities could be managed as well.

of society by using their resources efficiently (Hoang, and Rothaermel, 2010.). Appropriate
analysis helps in finding out the number of competitors and customers in market which promotes
to maintain a balance in quality. It has been noticed that use of methods was appropriate in the
study and it has make understand effectively in regard to CSR. By having an application of
diverse measures the issues can be overcome in desired manner.

According to the detailed study conducted in this report it is analysed that the corporate
social responsibilities have performed a major role in the success of Austin Fraser. It has helped
them to sustain in the market and showed a raise in the reputation of the company. The cited
entity is getting the benefit of the CSR strategies as they have formulated a proper project
management plan and used the research methods. The Gantt chart and work down structures has
worked wonders in the implementation of plan. But the entity is lacking behind in few areas that
needed to be worked on, firstly they are lacking in applying strategies , that is they have
implementing problem and the other area in which they are lacking behind is they are not able to
achieve the minimum female ratio in the organisation. They are having problem with these two.
It can be resolved by making effective HR strategies to employ female candidates and execution
of these strategies so as to make them applicable, this could be done by arranging campaigns and
going exclusively for the recruitment of female candidates. The top level management needs to
coordinate with the HR department to implement the strategies for the effective implementation
of corporate social responsibilities. Every organisation is required to use the tools and
frameworks for the betterment of their organisation. They have used the research methodologies.

business concern. I learn so many thing about CSR activities where it is a corporate social
responsibilities towards their concerning organisation which are providing social activities to
other non-profitable organisations. CRS is a way to provide such contribution to their respective
organisation whereas, it is a activities which can prove some development scheme for
organisations or else economy. . With the help of this contribution non profitable companies are
develop their environment. I learn about project management where it can help me to managing
whole project effectively. In this present report has been sated on Austin Fraser which is
recruitment consultancy. It may provide recruitment services to other sources. In this mention
company also provide CSR activities to other organisation where they build effectively
workforce environment. In this report I learn about new recruitment software which may provide
recruitment applicant and then outsource. I gained knowledge about the project management
where I learn so many new things about their project management. As per the above report I
learn about the break down structure where work distribution is easily managed in this process
there are various significance to reach out there objectives. Along with that I also learn about
Gantt chart which may provide effective research methodology and research design. I have
performed the whole research and as well as data collection methods, I select primary or

The present report is made with an effort to demonstrate the significance of corporate

as they are a consultancy firm doing business in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences. They have

done and certain strategies has been formulated . Besides this various aims and objectives has
