The project management of a business is covered in this report and its aspects are also
discussed. Also the main topic is managing a successful business highlighted in this framework.
The organization is taken in this report is Tesco for which the management plan has made. The
Tesco is a retail company in UK, which have so many stores in so many cities of UK. Basically
it provides food product, clothing and baby products. The main store of Tesco is located in the
London (Tai and Chuang, 2014). This report has the aims that are decided by the project
manager of the company and also the relative objectives are highlighted in this report.
Management depends on cost, risk, resources, quality, communication and resources. It further
focuses on Gantt chart and break down for different duration. This framework has the type of
research which is used to evaluate the business and the management of the business. Appropriate
recommendations are formed based on analysis of data in the research. The learning outcomes
are also discussed in the form of reflection.

It is possible that in the current research literature can be taken from the unreliable
sources. If same will be done then in that case research may be carried out in wrong direction. So
it is very important to conduct research in proper manner.
3. Cost control
In order to control cost and to ensure better quality of research two college level students
will be hired and same will distribute questionnaire among respondents. Entire data analysis and
data cleansing work will be done at my own level.
4. Quality control
In order to control quality after data collection all responses will be reviewed. Errors and
missing values will be removed from the data and it will be ensured that data is prepared in
proper manner for analysis purpose.
The project management decides to carry out project and has various policies to

information about the different causes which affects the business. It also represents the
accountability of many representatives. It has five parts which covers different issues like price,

document has business requirement of the project which can be made possible by various
investors. The stakeholders of this project have their efforts and hard work in this project. So the
project charter could know what their requirements are. The expectation of result is also part of
to agree on project management plan. There are different factors which is not possible in this
report due to their less scope many kinds of elements are out of this project.

interviews are conducted in primary data collection. While secondary data collection includes the

this project the analyst have used sampling method and has taken 50 respondents. The
questionnaire was prepared to conduct the survey. A list of questions were prepared to determine
the customer opinion to know the impact of CSR activities in business performance (Cheng,

candidates to 43(86%) had replied that CSR plays a sound role in gaining sustainable growth &
success of the business in the highly turbulent and competitive global world. It is because, they
said that now-a-days, CSR works as a regulatory mechanism with the help of which, companies
can keep track over their daily or routine functions & comply with the regulatory principles,
ethical standards and legal norms. It enables Tesco to carry out their regular functions through
satisfying the requirement of the society and drive the benefits of sustainable growth and sound
competitiveness. However, there are only 7 means 14% people who had replied that CSR does
not contributes effectively towards gaining competitive success and sound growth. It might be
due to lack of awareness about the program and issues that firm might face in CSR management.
