Managing a business plan for business development to control activities and works in the

revenue of the business and build a effective image in the market. Its also want to provide
facilities and services to customers and society or public welfare. CSR(corporate social
responsibilities) in there are many activities for society and public development and their
welfare(Polonsky and Waller2014). There are their own rules, ethics, norms and beliefs those are
help to develop a effective environment and effective climate in the society. Through this
business project want to earn profits and achieve objectives and goals of the business. Its help to
build a brand image in their customers mind. In the other hand, Waitrose want to start a new
small business firm to develop and improve their products and goods production and set a
effective image in their customers mind those help to achieve their objective and goals of the
business. CSR include social and public beneficial activities and work those help to build a
effective environment and culture for customers and easy to set a effective image in the market.
TASK 1
P1: Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario within John Lewis
CSR( corporate-social-responsibility) is the systematic planning and methods to develop
their business as well as their society or public. This business project through develop their
society in the effective manner and build an effective in the market to attract maximum
customers. Through this business project try to provide opportunities to public to earn something
and job facilities so they can easy to start their life and survive that. CSR help to develop a
effective environment to society with their ethics, norms, values and beliefs those are set and
build by their business head to achieve their decide target and goals of the business. CSR in
various activities and works those are help to develop their society in the systematic manner and
increase their standard of living and provide them many opportunities and facilities to customers
so business can easy to start their small business firm and achieve their decide targets and
objectives.

In this project plan include many resources, cost, labour, equipments and all. Those are
help to develop their products and help to full fill their objectives and goal of the business. In the
effective project plan in has to be clear and proper estimation of cost, duration, resources
allocation, scope and time of the activities should define and determine according to their
priorities of works in the systematic manner(Sparrow 2012). If there all resources are not manage
in the effective manner so its hard to achieve goals and objective of the projects and hard to
manage all activities and work of the project. In the business project should all manage and in the
systematic manner all works should done so that business project help to develop and increase
CSR activities and develop their society and public standard of living. Project management
planning help to define all resources, works, goals, responsibilities of employees. That help to
achieve their goals and objective. So for project planning and designing in should be mention all
details towards their projects and resources allocation and their estimation.

For manage and control the project in the effective manner so there are normally two type
of frames those are help to define their projects and help to achieve their objectives and goal of
the project. Work breakdown structure through divide all activities and works according to
employees and labour capabilities and skills so they can easy to do their own work with best
performance. In this chart all activities and works are easy to determine and define in the
systematic manner(Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob 2011). Through this frame easy to
understand problems and issues of workers and utilise proper resources and time to achieve their
