INTRODUCTION
Project planning is a disciplined way to complete the project within pre determined time
duration generally with the help of certain stages as well as allotted resources (Browning, 2019).
This report will discuss the project of introduction of sugar free biscuits offered by the Aries
Bakehouse Bakery which is situated in UK. Apart from this, the study will also highlight the
concept of talent management with the help of primary as well as secondary sources along with
certain recommendations to develop further within the chosen company.

The aim behind conducting current project planning is to introduce sugar free biscuits
by Aries Bakehouse Bakery within the UK.

involvement of certain necessary steps in order to appropriately introduce the sugar free

various obesity issues with the consumption of sugar contents and requires immediate
actions over the intake.

preferences of the consumers on constant basis and the clients might not like the taste of
the biscuits may harm the project. Another aspect is that the team members will unable to
perform better to finish the project in successful manner.

estimated budget of £280 will be involved to finish the assignment successfully.
