Dear Sir Mr Laine Clarkson,
Firstly I would like to express my feelings of excitement and happiness about the
shifting of our company to a new location, although we are attached deep with
present location but we left old to get something better. Hence I and my entire team
welcome your decision about the moving at new location.
We are also impressed with the idea to creating a new LOGO for the company, we
personally think that this is the right time to wear a new identity with old qualities; this
will probably help us to make more effective good-will. We whole-heartedly thank
you to allow us to participate in LOGO creation task. This is a great opportunity for all
of us hence we would like to introduce you to some innovation and change LOGO
ideas that we have created with lots of efforts. I and my team will seek your
permission to share our idea about the LOGO in the next meeting. I hope you would
allow us to participate in it.
As I personally think your idea about settling the prize awarding for the best LOGO
creating team is very beneficial. This will set an example for the entire workers to
