INTRODUCTION
Leadership simply refers an art of leading and controlling people in decent way so that
each individual can attain their predetermined aims and objectives within specific time frame. A
leader is responsible for carrying out such activities in proper manner (Anderson and Anderson,
2010). In this context, so many up and downs comes in the life of a front runners that act as
barriers. These needs to be managed effectively. The present report is reflecting the experiences
of lives in context to leadership and change. Apart from this, it is also showing different kinds of
complications that comes in the life of a leader.
BODY
I have seen so many alterations in my life as I have worked as a leader at my college in
past days. At those days, I come to know about that leaders plays very eminent role since they
are having the obligation of leading and guiding whole team members. In different projects, my
faculties appoint me as leader as they know that I am having such kind of abilities. I commonly
make understand my friends about what they should they do for designing one of the best
project. This represent that I am very confident in nature. In addition to that, I complete my task
with full devotion as according to me “my work is worship”. This highlight that I am practical in
nature and give more importance to my work. This is one of the best characteristic of mine which
attracts my teachers and other higher authorities of my college towards me and that is the reason
of giving me the power or in other words designation of leader (Aslan and Reigeluth, 2013).
In my profession as a leader, I have experienced so many things which taught me
important lesson that is an individual should never loose hope and believe on their capability.
This construct inspires me and cater positive energies. As a fruitful result, I acquired each thing
which I want even facing numerous of adverse implications and obstructors as well.
After receiving that duty, some of the complications are also faced by me. For example,
during carrying out a project, I discovered that it is not an easy task to deal with each people
since they are having of different thought. Associates who were present in my group usually
came to me in order to attain solutions of their minute issues that could be handled by them also
(How to Overcome Resistance to Change in an Organization, 2018). They told me that their
fellows are not accepting the things regarding their assignment and imposing ideas made by
own-self on them. At that time, I basically use to listen matters or information from both sides.

Afterwards, I come to make conclusion in such a way so that both of the member got satisfied
and resolve their issues. During this period, I become their guide and direct them in right mode
(Bingham and Main, 2010). But after that, I act as their friend also so that any bitterness would
not come in my relation. This helps me in knowing about myself as I found that I could deal with
conflicts and provide right judgement to them. This shows that my patience as well as
understanding level is good. Hence, motivates me to do preparation my career as a judge in
future.
In addition to that, some of the changes associated with perceptions of my team members
are also faced by me. For instance, on a specific topic, I have my own views which sometimes
did not match with the thought of others. At that period of time, I faced negative feelings of my
colleagues as they felt that I am dominating them. But that was not the real fact as it is my duty
to perform right things and along with that I must have to give them correct ideas so that no issue
would occur in upcoming days. In order to overcome these kinds of issues, I used to convince
other members who do not agree with my opinions and try to show the adverse outcome which
may emerges after doing wrong things. It recognised that I have be polite with them and I was
so; since anything related to matter of negotiation ought to be carried on by showing politeness.
But sometimes, when workload is excessive, it reaches beyond my mind or bearing level and I
loose my temper, that was not good for my future or long term goal of being a judge. It shown
me my weak point (Branson, 2010). Therefore, I must have to remove such forms of nature
related with arrogation or irritation. For the same, I would join meditation classes so that stress
could be released easily. It will also proved to be beneficial in context to my heath status. Apart
from this, I have to learn skill of time management so that even at peak work load, I could
manage all works of mine in effective manner without being aggressive on small faults of my
team associates. Regarding the similar, I need to design proper work schedule by considering
each and every aspects of my daily work. Subsequently, time frame should be allotted to those
chores as per their priority. This in turn supports me a lot in accomplishing every job before
deadline. In addition to this, this aids me in my personal life also whenever these scenarios occur
(Carrington, Deppeler and Moss, 2010).
CONCLUSION
From the above based report, it can be summarised that life of a leaders are full of
challenges as they have to look after on other persons so that people do not get confused and

receives their goals and objectives efficaciously without facing any issues. I have experienced
such kind of life wherein I come to know that it is the job of responsibility which needs to be
carried on by giving full dedication. Some of the barriers are felt by me like losing of patience
level at high work load, variations in points of views of each members, etc. These all things were
handled by properly by me which is described above.
