INTRODUCTION
A shoe is an essential thing for covering the foot that is really important for a human being. The
human being cannot survive without the basic needs because they came into existence by
knowing that they need to walk on the rough ground or surface (Badawi, 2016). The shoe takes
care of our feet which is really helpful in walking or running. The footwear industry is really
helpful in the economic development of the nation. The raw material and process of making
shoes can be improved and developed according to the needs of the customers. There are
many footwear brands are working in the industry which is popular for their quality and variety
like Bata, Puma, Adidas, Nike, and others.
For this assignment, Tic-Tac-Toe footwear is taken into consideration which manufactures the
different types of shoes and footwear’s for the people. The company provides satisfactory
services and products to the customers which are really helpful in gaining their trust. The
company has adopted advanced technology to produce quality footwear for the country and
other countries like Europe, China, and others (Basu, 2014).

The summer shoe industry covers a huge area in which there are many companies are working
to gain profit. Tic-Tac-Toe footwear aimed to provide satisfactory services to the customers for
which they are working for improving their current process (Basu, 2014). The annual rate of
4.5% is compulsory to be registered in the top footwear provision. There are some policies and
rules of government which need to be followed by footwear organization at the time of using
innovation or some creativity in the process of manufacturing. British footwear industry
contributes a huge amount in the growth of the overall economy which highly impacts the
development and growth of the whole nation. The main aim of this research is to find out the
different strategies which are adopted by the organization to enhance their sales. There are
different kind of events arrange by the companies to present their shoes in order to promote
them and gain profit (Baumann et al., 2015). The brand name for the one who creates the top
new summer shoe is manufacturing and selling the best product in the market to compete with
the other competitors.
Therefore, the project manager aimed to test the new product which I launched in the summer
shoe market to earn profit from the customers. Tic-Tac-Toe footwear is mainly working for
presenting and promoting their latest and fashionable shoe in the summer shoe market. The
main aims and objectives of this project are:
 To create and launch the new product for the summer to present it in an accurate
market place.
 To produce and promote quality products in any launch event and enhance the sales
volume of the company.
 To analyze the marketing environment in order to understand the accurate timing to
launch the product in the market.
 To gain knowledge regarding the quality and pricing of footwear’s which is presented in
the London fashion week.

The project management plan is which include the aspects of cost, scope, time, quality,
communication, risk and resources that will be used in the research (Brunswicker et al., 2016).
This plan will work as a framework which has been made for launching the Tic-Tac-Toe
footwear in the industry. The unclear tasks and challenges can be understood with the help of
the project management plan. Project initiation and devising are the most important stage of
making a project management plan.
There are some stages which are really essential to develop a project management plan. The
different stages are defined as under:
PROJECT INITIALIZATION
This is the initial stage in which the project manager will decide the outline of the project. The
main aims and objectives will be decided which is focusing on the summer shoe product launch
at London Fashion Week (Bryson, J., 2017). The retailing and manufacturing of the product will
be done by the different process and that will be discussed in this initial step. The company can
enhance their profit by using advanced technology.
LAYOUT OF THE PLAN
The plan is really helpful in launching the product into the market successfully. With the help of
an accurate plan, the organization can manage all the activities accurately. This is also helpful in
managing the cost, quality, and timeframe. There are a different risk and challenging factors
which can be analyzed with the help of an accurate layout plan. The progression of the summer

help of accurate supply chain management. Apart from this, the inventory services can be

The plan can be implemented with the help of promoting the services and products in the

targeting every age group to purchase their footwear’s. The promotional strategies must be
prepared by the organization in order to convince the targeted audience easily. The quality of
services highly impacts the mindset of peoples which is really helpful for enhancing the profit of
the organization.

The production of the summer shoe must be controlled by some legal authorities and
government policies in order to maintain the level of production. The control measures are
helpful in stopping the unwanted production of footwear’s (Jeston, 2014). This will be helpful in
managing the complete process accurately.
TERMINATION OF THE PROJECT
This process is helpful in analyzing the feasibility of the customers at the time of summer.
People like different and funky footwear’s in the summer season. This can add advantages for

the Tic-Tac-Toe footwear to produce different and quality footwear’s as compared to the
competitors.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
The scope of the project is that Tic-Tac-Toe footwear can maintain its brand image in the
market by their effective performance. The company can present their products accurately in
the London fashion week. The project will be helpful in calculating the profit which is generated
with the new summer shoe products. Apart from this, the competitive measures and challenges
of business can be managed accordingly.
TIMESCALES AND TIME MANAGEMENT
The project can be managed with the timescales of 4 days of the fashion week and 9 weeks of
the pre-planning of this product (Kasuma et al., 2017). This will be helpful in estimating the cost
of the project and the need for the product in the market with all inclusive taxes and practices.
