INTRODUCTION
The hospitality industry mainly accounts for the field in the service industry
which involves the lodging, food and beverages, events and so forth. The hospitality

facilities. This report will help in drawing some knowledge and understanding about the

sector along with making a discussion on the role of Front Office department pertaining
to the hotel. It also covers the contribution of the housekeeping department within the
accommodation services and in addition to this, presents the facilities and securities of
accommodation services.

The front office is that part of an organization that interacts with customers, for

office division assumes a significant part in working of a hotel. Front office staff handles
the exchanges between the organization and its visitors. The staff gets the visitors,
handles their solicitations, and strikes the first impression about the lodging into their
mind. The various functions of front office pertaining to different accommodation
services are given below.

Motel:
This establishment provides lodging and parking and rooms are accessible from

This place is considered for relaxation and grabbing customers for vacations.

The Housekeeping department, like other operational departments, provides
many benefits to chosen company as it helps to provide satisfactory services to guests
(Panggabean and Hasibuan, 2020). It plays vital role in success and growth of Sunborn
hotel chain, which has operated within Hospitality industry.
Room cleaning-
The most important role that housekeeping department with their team members
played is the current one. Its role is to clean room before the check in and check out.
They need to clean rooms appropriately, which makes guest's satisfied.
Polishing and dusting furniture’s-
