assessment capabilities. I feel that when an individual is able to assess and examine a given
problem or situation in an appropriate manner, then they are able to make the right choice. The
inability to understand the problem in an effective manner always leads to wrong decisions.
Thus, I will try to increment my analytical and assessment skills by enrolling myself into various
assessment classes where in I will get the opportunity to brush up my analytical skills which in
to facilitate a good influence among their peers and teammates as well as lead the team towards
the appropriate part in a significant manner. As per my view point, my leadership abilities are
mediocre. I am not a very good leader as I mentioned before that I have severe complications in
regard with self-esteem. I believe that a leader must possess extreme confidence and willpower
in order to direct other individuals and ensure that everyone is aligned to the common goal. My
leadership skills need to be upgraded by me so as to become an impactful person who can
persuade other people to follow the right path. In order to do the same, I need to indulge myself
within groups and teams. Working within groups can help me to understand the various factors
that are necessary to lead a group. I need to willingly take initiative to become a leader and
should ensure that I facilitate the relevant to my group mates so as to achieve the goals and
objectives in a defined manner. Acquisition of appropriate leadership qualities will allow me to
become an influential leader within my interested field of career. I will be able to guide my
subordinates and take up the accountability and responsibility for the same. Leaders and mentors
play a very vital function within the success as well as expansion of enterprises. Hence, there is
an enhanced demand for leaders, mentor and coaches in the business domain. Facilitation of
leadership skills will allow me to optimise upon the prevailing job considerations in an effective
manner as well as leverage upon the same for my career enhancement as well.

situation which enhances their overall skills and capabilities to a whole new level. Hence, I will
