consumers to share their issues related to services or product that are provided by the café
it help in creating strong bond among the café and consumers in an effective manner.
The café will also welcomed the suggestions or any kind of recommendations form the
consumers that help the café to enhance their services and able to get know about the
taste and preference of the consumers in more effective manner.
To conduct survey of their services, the cafe will provide feedback form to the consumers
in which the consumers can give rating to the café according to their experience in the
café that made the café know about the services they are provided are sufficient or not
