The paper mainly focuses on the “Sunrise Restaurant” that wants to
expand their business by utilizing the facilities of digital technology within the
business. It is found that in order to expand their business and for targeting wider
audience the higher authority of the organization decides to launch a website
with integration of social media within the organization. It is found that launching
a website with social media integration will be helpful for the Sunrise restaurant
as it will not only helps the organization in targeting wider audience but also
assists in gaining credibility, saving money as well as will be helpful in informing
the customers by providing accessibility 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
Problem Statement
The Sunrise restaurant is facing lot of challenges due to competitive
advantage. The other competitors of sunrise restaurant utilizes website for
targeting audience and for providing online service to the customers. It is found
that the customers prefers restaurant that provide more updated service and as a
result it is creating negative impact on the business of the sunrise restaurant as
the number of customers are decreasing day by day. In order to gain competitive
advantage and for targeting wider audience the higher authority of the
organization decided to launch a website for the restaurant with integration of
social media.

The main strategy of the project is to finish the tasks as well as activities
