Introduction
The proposal would outline the manner the research work is needed to be carried out for the
Capstone Project.
Literature Review
Supplier Sourcing
The process of supplier sourcing is associated with the evaluation of different suppliers and
thereby selecting a supplier that’s performance potential matches with the business objective of
the enterprise (Ayers & Odegaard, 2017).
Service Retailing
Service retailing is concerned with retailing of the intangible service such that it focuses on
establishing an effective relationship with the customer from the very inception (Bruel, 2016).
Research Methodology
Research Philosophy
Herein, both the interpretivism and positivism research paradigm would be applied in that
interpretivism research philosophy would assist the undertaking of interviews while positivism
research paradigm would contribute in quantitatively analyzing the inferences gained from
survey (Rubin, 2008).

Research Design
Herein, both inductive and deductive research design would be applied. Use of inductive
research design earns significance owing to the focus of studying of previous literature
associated to the research issue while deductive research design helps in deducing inferences
from primary research activity (Jones, 2014).
Research Strategy
Herein, both secondary and primary research based activity are required to be undertaken. The
incorporation of secondary research would require the study of scholarly sources that would help
in the gaining of quality information associated to the research issue. Primary research activity is
required to be carried out based on conducting of both interview and survey activity for
generating needful inferences (Bynner & Stribley, 2010)..
Data Collection and Analysis
Unstructured questionnaire sets are required to be developed for interviewing of managers and
employees in Servco. The narrative inferences to the questions are required to be grouped under
different categories for further analysis. Structured questionnaire sets are also required to be
developed for carrying out of surveys. Inferences gained from such are required to be tabulated
for future analysis (Babbie, 2009).
