Footwear industry is selected for the evaluation of the case which operates in India. The reason
for picking up this industry was the fact that they have brought a revolution. Operations of
SCM from the supplier selection perspective are better understood when the fact is
considered as evolution in the footwear industry. The earlier demonstration was carried out
as a measure of creativity in the means of handicraft. The creation was made in a measure of
small units (Roy, Sharma, & Bhoyar, 2016).
There are specific observations assessed in 2015 which depicted assessment of fall in
the insinuation of the sales of Footwear industry on a year on year and quarter on quarter
basis due to the implication associated with supplier selection Supply Chain Management
issue. This issue arose because of the dispatch taking place at some of its stores and
contributed to specific problems. These are the different measures of the determination
which halted appropriate measure of operations and provided the basis of the teething issues.
These are the issues in the course of supply, which is assessed to be provided based on the

in the evaluation of the third quarter only which contributed to the addition of expenses of rentals
and employees recruitment as salaries (Mudimba & Nyawira, 2019).
Academic literature review
It is identified that there is a significant impact of the supplier chain strategies or
decisions that are made as a product of different factors resulting in supplier selection to be more
complex as well as strategically important. For this, Badorf, Wagner and fellow researchers
considered review of the different resource and the relational view of the firm in the context an
investigation was conducted regarding the supplier's economies of scale and the influence on the
buyers’ selection decision. This resulted in an illustration of how the influence of the scale of

supplier selection is to be considered important economic and the characteristics of the
relationship.
Table 1 Supplier Relationship Management (Badorf, Wagner, Hoberg, & Papier, 2019)
Uncertainty of the business environment is a factor that is to be measured effectively in the
expansions of resources and the conceptualization of the SCM. The quality of resources is
measured, and there are aspects which are to be understood in the perspective of managing the
supply chain for the improvising of the different measures of quality management. In this
manner,“There is a creation of an environment that is created in the mitigation of contingent
perspectives, and innovation of the appropriate nature prevails” (Toukir, 2016).
There are measures of supply chain management to provide dimensions of elaborations on
operations. These operations, when assessed from a magnificently different scholarly
perspective, are evaluated in appraisal as a measure of the management in the different business
disciplines. Supply chain management is also one such discipline that must be planned and
measured correctly. Different concepts are studied in this practice. These topics include the

measure of Logic centralization, management of cost, and integration of different functions.
“Different measures are evaluated in this context of managing the supply chain and the concerns
which are related to the definition of the architecture of supply” (Ross, 2016). The study of these
topics provides the study of different aspects of literature and expands the base of concepts to
imply the concept.

“The contribution of the inward change in the manner the management of the supply chain is
carried out is studied in this academic publication”. The appraisal of the different databases as
input and output database is studied. These are certain implementations in the domains of
cooperation development of the organizations in economic aspects that are a necessary appraisal.
“The different measures of cooperation and the development are studied in a manner that there
are specific different measures of emerging economies and how they are influencing the Foreign

that need the factors being estimated to study and manage the global value chain through the
impact of FDI.
This measure of the competitive business environment is created based on the different domains
of the operations which are to unfold. “These are the value chains that are responsible for the
creation of a sustainable supply chain” (Uma, 2015). The management of manufacturing is a
function which must necessarily be understood and carried out by different business.
There is an impact of the appropriate management of the supply chain in the different disciplines
of the operations. These are the operations which are implied in the executions of the options
associated with the concept of generalizability and the inducting of the different factors being
problematical. The dynamics of the management of the supply chain are the factors which are to
induct the basis of excellence in the context of customer experience. The integration of the factor
of satisfaction in the course of the customer supply base is the measure of the operation. The
induction of the factor of 51% of FDI plays an integral part in the assessed evaluation of howthe
supply chain is managed. These are the different depiction that expands on the governance of
supply chain activities in the retail sector (Brahmbhatt & Vyas, 2016).
Table 3 Supply Life Cycle (ISHMAEL)
There are factors which are explicitly focused on the different horizons of study. However, the
measure of the implications associated with the particular distinctions of prioritizing all
customers equally is essential.”Another critical factor is the demeaning of the system in which

essential enablers are profited” (Kujur, 2015). This is a system which is consuming Supply
chain management practices in the different sectors and is assessed to be contributing to the
different measures of demise.
Apart from this, as per the view point of Jeff Stiles, (2020), supply chain management is
associated with ensuring a proper and uninterrupted supply and availability of raw materiel and
other needed stock to maintain a free flow of operations by an organization. It has been evaluated
that globalized supply chain network is very advantageous for organization from decades as it
lead to valuable cost advantage but still many political and social up-heals are faced by
organization which has spotlighted the fragilities of far-flung supply networks (Banerjee, &
Mishra, 2017).
Further, as per the view point of Queiroz, M.M. & Wamba, S.F., (2019), in current
business environment the supply chain network has become more complex with enhanced
dynamics of socioeconomic and market especially in the the fast growing and emerging markets
of India.Optimize product design and management for supply is also viable for companies in
India to accelerate profitable innovation as the research shows that integrating design and
supply-chain planning process can lead to 10%-20% course of reliance and appropriate progress
of the business processes faster time to market, 10%-20% greater product revenue, and 10%-
25% reduced scrap and rework expenses. Thus, an evaluation can be made that in present
scenario of globalizing supply chain network the complexity of SCM has increased due to
dynamic nature of market thus, align supply chain with overall business goals and focusing in
integrated sales and supply chain planning are viable ways to embed long term sustainability in
the supply chain operations.

has lade to pressure on manufacturing organization Like Bata to achieve their goals through
making sudden changes in these SCM process from traditional retailers to online (Singh,
