Project: Supply Chain Management Strategies in the Food Industry

This project examines supply chain management within the Australian food industry, focusing on strategies to enhance overall growth and productivity. The research involves collecting both primary data through interviews with 20 food service managers across Australia and secondary data from journals, books, and online resources. The project aims to identify effective supply chain techniques by analyzing managers' responses to questions about challenges and strategies.
