Supply chain management is a system that involves managing the different inbound of
the company. This report is based on the case study of the Jaguar Land Rover Company in

respect to logistics and supply chain management system. The organisation was founded in
the year 2008. Company is dealing in the automotive sector. Headquarter of the company is
located in United Kingdom. Company offer luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicle. This
project will disuses about the logistics ad supply chain management practices consumed at
the company. Henceforth, report will emphasis over the relationship between supply chain
network, logistics and competitive advantage of the respective company based on the 3 C
Framework. Application of the lean or agile management systems and its impact over
organisation performance will also discuss under this project. Furthermore, project will
provide appropriate recommendations to allow the company for dealing with different
challenges and issues involve in logistic and supply chain management related practices.

managing supply, logistics and such related factors all these elements of the 3 C Model is a
significant part of entire situation. This model favours the business entity to ensure a proper
competitiveness so that competitive advantage could have been undertaken by the business
entity. All the three elements of this model such as customer, competition and company
become the indicator of the company to manage the supply chain, logistics of company in
order to ensure the competitive advantage under the respective market.

Jaguar Land Rover Company. All products company design reflect about the choices and
preferences of the consumers associated with the company. The company is engaged
producing of different vehicles that can cope up with the current demand and requirements of
