ability. The major focus of Homehelp is to focus on manufacturers and keep the cost small
and high service. It also seems to maintain a check on low cost and providing premium
service for clients. Woodmere is looking ahead to spend in information technology to
promote and drive the production to a broader spectators and additional appropriate
deliveries. An expansion pathway of the business can be formulated that puts down its vision,
mission and planned objectives. These can typically be urbanized using the business history
is given in the case. Business history is obliging in Business Case learning as it aids one

2018). The case rotates around a sales agent named John Smith for a manufacturer of

that it will decrease the order series time. The real sales and customer tendency will direct the

supply level that is well restricted by significantly knowing about certain wants and needs of
the customers. Quite a few companies that have created a coalition with manufacturing
industry to accept a time based logistics have been successful. Therefore, this will have a
higher chance of rising productivity by venturing a coalition with Woodmere Company. The
strategy would most likely develop the competitive advantage of the company. The truth that
Woodmere plans to move towards information technology will also be an extra additional
benefit and this will be worth taking into consideration.
