37,855 restaurants all over the world. This report will discuss about the key supply chain
concepts, principles and processes which are implemented throughout the stages of resourcing
and product design, development and logistic & distribution. Further, will explain about the
importance of effective supply chain management from the perspective of customers, suppliers,
distributors and retails. The interrelation between supply chain and other areas of a hospitality
