Role and responsibilities
1. Managers needs to focus on managing the effective supply of raw material from the
suppliers, there is a high chance of raising demand from the consumers, this demand
high increase in the production of the papers. This paper is made from pulp of the
trees, virgin or recycled. Virgin pulp is supplied from the United Stated and Canada.
The major issue company will face form getting the enough virgin pulp from the
suppliers because overseas boundaries and international transportation is limited now
hence it requires effective attention at primary level (Meixell, 2015).
