INTRODUCTION
A student is always expecting many services from its respective college or university, in
which top-level management of that particular college or university is responsible to fulfil these
expectations. When a college provide different services to their students, then these students
feels valued by college administration. It means, these support services really play great role in a
college or university. There is a reflection on various services has been mentioned below.
MAIN BODY
Support Services at WIC for LIU
There are many support services has provided by my college WIC (Waltham
International College). These support services include various services, like; information
technology, reception, attendance, issuing and paying agents, help desk and student finance
application etc. These all are some prime services of my college. Currently me, my peers and
other students are highly required these all support services to complete academic session in
productive manner. I think a student can’t easily study in Waltham international college and
Leeds trinity university. Currently many other colleges and universities are also focusing proving
these support services to their students. Each student union always demand from their college
and university administration to achieve these services.
Currently me and my peers are satisfied with my many support services of my college, but some
services are still not provided by college administration in proper manner. mostly me and peers
takes various steps to inform upper management of my college. In this information, me always
aware administration about what support services are still needs to be developed and improved. I
always think that, this is a major responsibility of a student to aware their college management
about what kind of improvement is required in college or university campus (Gough, Maidment
and Sharples, 2018). These steps of one student can provide huge relaxation to other all students,
that’s why I always interested in developing and improving support services of my college.
Basically I’m student of Waltham international college, in which when I promote different
services in college, then I’m indirectly promotes services for Leeds trinity university as well.
Reason is, both college and university are together.

There are many support services has provided by my college WIC (Waltham
International College). These support services include various services, like; information
technology, reception, attendance, issuing and paying agents, help desk and student finance
application etc. These all are some prime services of my college. Currently me, my peers and
other students are highly required these all support services to complete academic session in
productive manner. I think a student can’t easily study in Waltham international college and
Leeds trinity university. Currently many other colleges and universities are also focusing proving
these support services to their students. Each student union always demand from their college
and university administration to achieve these services.

In these all support services of my college, existing reception, help desk and IT
(information technology) services are too excellent. I don’t try to say that rest services are bad. I
just want to say that all services are good but services which I has mentioned recently are too
good and excellent. Currently when a student goes to reception counter to complete its respective
task. In this situation that student can get quick response to reception counter. Reception services
are really effective in my college. Me, peers and other students, we all are appreciating services
of reception. On the other side, I think upper management or administration of college should
appreciate manager of reception. Many parents also have appreciated this reception when they
visit in college. My knowledge says, if reception more improve their ways of providing services,
then all students get impressed by this service of college. These all factors are enough to show
that reception support service plays great role in college or university.
According to my experience, IT (information service) of WIC campus is also too
excellent, because IT manage of my college is very energetic in its job role. It always tries to
Implement new generation technological gadgets and equipment in their daily operations,
because information technology manager’s mind-set is that, we are able to complete each task in
the fast manner, if we have advance technology. That’s why this service of my college is too
effective (Jenkinson and Howard, 2016). Each student of WIC currently happy with this support
service. There is no improvement is required in this service of college, because IT manager
always has made their all services up-to-date. Currently me, my peers and other students has no
any complaints for information technology support service. Sometimes we face errors in this
service, but only because of external factors. For example; when internet provider not provide
quality service, in this case it is not mistake of IT management. However, this type of issues we
have faced in few cases. Our information technology manager always sorts out this type of
situations, if it raises in daily operations.
Some support services still need to be improved and developed. For example; student
finance application service, because many times a student faces many issues from regarding
these services. That’s why these services need to be improved. I recently have listened one case
that, once one student has gone to complete its work related to student finance application. But
management which responsible to manage this support service has not given quick response.
