between them and guide to care for their kids. It includes the criterion of supporting them by
providing desired knowledge for improving their skills and abilities to take care of their new-

supporting young parents having goal of critically review and appraise policy and practices that
contribute to the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. In context of
this assignment, it will focus on health policies related to supporting young parents and relevant
discussion. It will also include the principles of health promotion and primary healthcare to help
young parents. The principles related to equity, rights and access to in regards to Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander families is given here.

parental life and takes care of them during pregnancy as well as after child birth. It includes

relevant information letter to bring baby to the government hospital for their vaccinations so that
their immunity will be improved and avoid severe health problem in appropriate manner.

al., 2020). It has been identified that effective programs are required to be organised from efforts

effective information to young parents by managing query sessions where they can clarify their
own specific doubts in order to enhance their skills of parenting. It will provide support to clear
their doubts and become capable to provide appropriate care for their new-borns by managing
required vaccination in proper way. It will facilitate to enhance the health condition of young
parents as well as their children.
