Abstract
The project report would be prepared based on the data available to us as well as the forecasts
provided by other project management software and experts. The real-world situation could
be slightly different based on the given circumstances. The members who are working in the
provided team would be receiving fixed remuneration at the end of the given project. Any
deduction or inclusion would be possible as there is a buffer laid out for that. Gantt chart was
utilized in order to prepare for the risk management strategy as well as project schedule by
making use of Microsoft excel. Best of the efforts have been applied for each scenario and
positives as well as negatives have been considered. Despite of all this, the report is not
meant to be the ultimate document as there would still be room for improvement.

Introduction
The report aims at developing a website for the Supreme chauffeurs which bridges the gap
between customer queries and services. The website shall be used by all users and it will have
admin user from the management team of the company. Least waiting time in query
resolution is one of the key advantages of the website. Maximum efforts have been given to
estimate expenses, however there are few exceptions which are explained in the report. Apart
from this, the website shall be providing 24 x 7 support. Though cost can be minimized in
this section but there will be a maintenance cost which needs to be given priority over cost.

 Holds meetings regularly to ensure
that timesheets are up to date.

required by the mentioned deadline.

 Informative page on frequently
asked queries of the customer.
 Informative page on services offered
by supreme chauffeurs.

 Open discussion environment.

to guests and registered users.

papers, journals, etc.
Exclusion:
The proposed website development project
will have to deal with resource scarcity
because the company does not have any
staff that can perform the website tasks. As
a result of which, external hosting has be to
hired which can provide support 24x7. It
will increase the cost of the project by
36000 AUD. Along with this, two dedicated
server instead of XEON high speed server
because of limited funding. Getting a
sponsor is another big task.

company’s management so that
super-admin will be able to update
data on the website.
 The hosting will be able to support
24x7.
Constraints: Following are key constraints
of the proposed website development
project:
 Tight schedule – There is a little
room for changing any scope item,
i.e. schedule, change orders, etc.
because of tight schedule.
 The required documents, plans and
processes should be produced to
achieve approval at first review in
order to avoid any unnecessary time-
consuming revisions.
 In case required permits are not
obtained as per the project plan, the
entire project may get compromised.
 No sufficient buffer is kept for
deliverables.
