This project focuses on developing a comprehensive sustainability policy and procedures plan for a workplace, specifically targeting the Aussie traditional food chain. The plan addresses key aspects such as minimizing resource utilization, enhancing resource efficiency, reducing the use of toxic materials, implementing life cycle management approaches, and fostering continuous improvement. Part A outlines the five significant aspects of policy implementation, while Part B details an implementation plan with specific objectives, actions, targets, resource requirements, and timelines. This includes strategies for energy reduction, embedding environmental sustainability, engaging staff, and maintaining accurate records. Part C presents key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the effectiveness of the plan, along with data collection methods and expected outcomes related to energy usage, waste management, and employee engagement. The project aims to provide a practical framework for integrating sustainable practices into the workplace, promoting environmental responsibility, and improving overall operational efficiency.
