3 Promoting the proper conservation of the
environment and spread awareness: Sustainability is

be help in the change of thinking patterns for the
employees or all the people associated with the
organization. This also fulfils the primary objective of a
company in being responsible enough to the society and
have a proper establishment of sustainability.

of the wastage created by the organization and
monitoring how harmful is the industrial waste for the
environment (MacDonald 2016). Then the proper
utilization plan would be set up to make sure that the
toxicity of the industrial waste is reduced to the least and
