The survey conducted to find out the analysis of the audit data where 1 out of 6 staff
member is not interested in the sustainability and thus do not take initiative against the
targets to reduce energy consumption, thus adding to the energy consumption. Other
than that the rest 5 staff members are extremely concerned and contribute to the energy
consumption, thus reducing the energy audit data.
Recommendations for additional actions that need to be taken based
on a review of the data
The additional actions that should be taken is to make every employee within the
organization be aware of the situation and how the organization is focusing more on
reducing the energy consumption. The survey finds out which employees are not
interested to participate and they also need to be rationally come to terms with the
strategy that the organization is looking forward to attain.
Summary of success of sustainability policy and procedure based on
analysis.
The analysis has found out that most of the employees are interested in contributing to
the project and save energy consumption for the organization, where on the other hand,
the survey has also found out few employees that do not acknowledge the
implementation of the strategies to reduce the consumption of energy within the
organization. The success of the plan is based upon the implementation of the project
through the majority people who understand and are keen on focusing on the
implementation plan. Where on the other hand, it is also important that the overall
success of the plan is established through making all the employees within the
organization understand the project and uniformly contribute to the project.

needs to be successfully implemented with the help of a proper change management plan
that would also understand what the current trends in the market is now regarding the
reduction of energy consumption in workplace. This would help in accommodating the
practices in the organization as per the constant changes in the business world, the
market and the requirements of the clients as well.
