policy guidelines for helping inventory management, support the creation of an sustainable
future and embed sustainability considerations when it comes to decision making at all level of
the organization. . For example, all the suppliers should engage in environmental sustainable
practices such as the use of green energy and sustainable utilization of resources. Secondly, the
management should develop a new policy standard that focuses on the sustainable use of
resources. This should address unnecessary wastages as well as emphasize on the use of
renewable energy sources. For example, instead of using electricity, a shift should be made
