Implementing and Monitoring Sustainability Practices in Workshop

This project focuses on the investigation, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability practices within a workshop environment. The student begins with a background report detailing environmental regulations, organizational policies, and existing resource efficiency systems. A sustainability target plan is then developed, outlining specific actions, potential risks and opportunities, estimated savings, and responsible staff. An implementation plan provides sub-actions and timeframes for key initiatives, followed by a communication plan addressing staff engagement. Finally, a home workstation energy audit assesses energy consumption and proposes strategies for improvement, including efficiency targets and encouragement programs.
