Natural capitalism- This is regarded as that kind of problem faces by the ecosystem in which
natural resources are used by the business in conducting their business organisations (Wang,
Cheney and Roper, 2016). The motto of Morrison's and the booth supermarkets is to deliver fresh
products to its variety of customers as the freshness of vegetables and fruits will determine their
potential customers. Any compromise with the quality will affect the health of an individual.
Biomimicry- The innovation technique has applied by an individual in disturbing the
environmental in order to produce output by using artificial techniques. The techniques have
applied in order to affect the Eco-system which depletes the resources generated naturally. The
artificial and chemical experiments have conducted in order to produce products by using various
kinds of processes. In generating the good amount of products nature has exploited which reduce
the frequency of the production of the particular resource.
Company responded towards dilemma
The iron law responsibility of all individuals is to fulfil various goals and the objectives framed by
the society members (Dierksmeier, 2016). The disturbances created in the external business
environment will be improved by accomplishing higher expectations of the society as this will
result in the negative reaction of the society members when their interest will be exploited. The
stakeholders expectations will be fulfilled without affecting the interests of the future generations.
The licensing version of resources will be used by the business.
Recommendations to each company for becoming environmentally sustainable
Various rules and regulations are required to be followed by all business entities in order to
maintain their existence in the whole business environment (Rosile, 2016). The environmental law
needs to be complying by the business entity in order to achieve their desired goals and the
objectives. The laws of the overall environment will focus on improving the existing business.
There are variously related to the environment are given as below:
Water pollution- The industry emissions will not be dumped in the lakes and rivers in order to
pollute the water to be consumed by all individuals.
Air Pollution- This will be controlled by checking the pollution generated by several vehicles in
order to avoid air pollution.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above project report that several business ethics needs to be adopting
by the selected organisations. The Morrison and the Booth supermarket have complied with several
needs and the expectations of the several numbers of customers. The ethical dilemmas have been
resolved by adopting various regulations formed by the legal entity in improving the business

performance of an enterprise. This report emphasizes on various aspects such as nature and
background of the companies in selecting different opportunities on the market. The issues faced by
an enterprise will help in resolving the current issues faced by an individual in gathering a wide
number of customers in the external market.
