Dell Company, which is a renowned information technology based organization. The report is

Stakeholders have an essential role to play in the development of effective decision making and
therefore the development of the organization is possible.

Dell being a worldwide business has extensive variety of stakeholders and these groups
are not restricted to the employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers and customers and even

relation to Dell. Dell has extensive set of values and therefore acknowledges the diversity of the
perspectives that is controlled by the stakeholders globally (i.dell.com 2018). The company has
been encouraging a direct communication and position disclosure with the stakeholders and
thereby leading to a rise in the level of motivation. The multi-stakeholder engagement
framework provides the organization with the opportunity to enhance and balance the decision
making process of Dell all over the globe.
The engagement of the stakeholders is done with the help of the newsletters, keynotes,
global forums, personal meeting annual SRI conference and conference sponsorship and
therefore the perspectives and opinions of the stakeholders can be considered in an effective
manner (i.dell.com 2018). The company does not have a separate shareholder theory with respect
to sustainability reporting and therefore this model is used in order to enhance the engagement of
the shareholders.
Findings
The findings that have been attained from Dell indicates that the company values their
stakeholders and therefore provides a key engagement to the stakeholders with respect to the
process of financial decision making with the help of which the company can develop their
businesses globally.
