This research project examines the effects of sustainability on the supply chain management of the Savoy Hotel in London. The study investigates the hotel's current sustainability practices, the significance of sustainability for its supply chain, and the actual effects of these practices. Through the use of primary and secondary data, including questionnaires, the project identifies key findings, such as the understanding of sustainability and its impact on the supply chain. The research also recommends strategies for effective supply chain management, including the use of digital technologies, effective warehousing, and environmentally friendly transportation. The project concludes with a reflection on the research methods and offers recommendations for the hotel to enhance its sustainability efforts within its operations.
