globalization within Africa. The globalization is essential for any country but lack of
sustainable development can affect the environmental and economic conditions. The article
has provided information related to efforts and operational activities that taking place within
Africa for further improvement in the infrastructure and employment level within the
different countries of Africa. However, the authors have stated that economic growth and
environmental quality has positive relation but the lack of sustainability approaches in
globalization is affecting the environmental quality. The article has provided knowledge for
the use of cleaner and advanced technologies for managing the wellbeing in terms of
education, environmental betterment and increasing the level of income of people.
The study is useful for understanding the impact of globalization and wellbeing
operations that started and managed by the state and national governments of Africa to
maintain economic growth. These initiatives in the field of infrastructure, transportation,
industrial development and services operations are having a positive impact on the income of
people but affecting the environmental conditions. The article has concluded that lack of
education and green infrastructure is having a negative impact on the sustainability of Africa
as the cost of investment is increasing and ecological crisis are affecting the wellbeing
operations for the betterment of society. Now, this study will help to understand the role of

strategies that could support to increase education, income and social relationship. However,
the major challenges that have impacted the sustainable development and wellbeing
approaches of African region involve a lack of knowledge of the fundamental principle of

development. The country has quality energy resources that can be useful for the
development of and providing employment to the local population but lack of policies and
political imbalance is affecting the sustainable development of Africa.

ecological changes that having a greater impact on the achievement of business objectives. In
spite of that, the sustainable development functions are involving the social and changes in
the political structure that could help to increase the wellbeing of the local population. The
study is useful to gain a critical understanding of green and fair policies that require to be

human development. Moreover, financial, environmental and cultural coherence is essential
for sustainable development and increasing the interdependence in the era of globalization.
The high degree economic satisfaction is not necessary for sustainable development the

The article has provided critical knowledge and information related to the ecosystem
and human wellbeing approaches that applied for creating a link between the trends and
needs of the population in a specific area. Sustainable development is a new term and having
a significant influence on the wellbeing approaches of the countries. The research as the
highlighted framework of ecosystem and wellbeing approaches that used for encouraging the
economic conditions through generating the jobs for people and offering the knowledge to
enhance the environmental conditions. The article has tested the hypothesis for analyzing the
relationship between ecosystem services and wellbeing. According to the study, the general

trends of globalization are having a positive impact on wellbeing functions but the high
consumption of natural resources and changes in the business operation is affecting
environmental sustainability. The consideration of the gap between environmental
sustainability and globalization is influencing the wellbeing approaches as well as the quality
of living.
In addition to this, the study has helped to understand the implementation of multiple
policies at ground level for increasing the understanding of the globalization and sustainable
development for the future wellbeing of the population. Apart from that, the role of people is
also critical in the management of sustainable development approaches to maintaining
environmental quality. The global trade-off and ecological system need to be adopted for
improving the wellbeing activities. However, in recent years, the tendency of people related
to sustainable development has been changed due to improvement in poverty and financial
deregulations.
Conclusion
The study has analyzed four different articles related to sustainability and wellbeing at
Africa that has helped to gain information related to the different globalization approaches
that implemented by the local and national governments in the particular region. Moreover,
the study has critically analyzed the effectiveness of the articles for future study and current
scope.
