INTRODUCTION

corporate social responsibility. In regard of this, effective management of project is important in
terms of initiating, planning, implementing, controlling and closing the whole task in terms of
achieving suitable success and objectives in given period of time (Nosratabadi and et. al., 2019).
For this, the report is based on the case study of QA higher education in terms of conducting
business trip for the sustainable projects in Uganda. The report is based on the business project
and a trip that undertake project initiation document and work breakdown structure. In addition
to this, the report tends to cover things about risk register that undertake every risk factor which
is linked with the project. Along with this, it also covers the short report which is being
developed by explaining the needs of quality leadership and determine various project
