economy strategy. In past few years there were so many countries that facing housing problem,

unable to live in the house because there is lack of availability. Leaders of this now focus on

Traffic: it creates issues like noise pollution air pollution as well, people are not able to
live. In front of people houses there is no parking space available and it also directing more
traffic issues. Sometime it is very risky in context of children because children suddenly come
out from the house and there is lot of traffic so, it will very dangerous, if children hit buy any car
or vehicle (Immergluck, and et. al., 2020).
Cost: High density housing is developing on posh area, so simple is that builders want to
make profit for each development. People can’t afford highly lavish house, that high dollar
housing in city centres crowd out affordably priced housing, unable to driving out long term
residents.
Unavailability of outdoor space: there is no parking space, playground or parking and
others green spaces don’t in themselves provide income to developers.

Lower cost to maintain infrastructure of governments: In this, there is lack of space,
and this type of areas very useful because it is considered as public area, as well as high density
development. Public services are likely effective police and fire departments are less costly when

term of business. It can drive up their market value. Employers looks forward to open schools,

availability of house, it is related to unemployment, poverty, starvation, lack of mental health as
well as physical challenges, family conflict, domestic violence, etc. there are some points of
homelessness that is given below:
Lack of affordable housing: due to high rate of house people unable to buy it. This thing
was based upon average housing pricing being more than thrice in median income. Lack of
houses people find themselves with some options. It finds to hard housing near place of work in
safe area.
Absence of healthcare: Health care is very expensive, but many people are unaffordable buy
healthy diet items. It means people unable to buy food, amenities which is very essential to
survive. People are unable to do their routine check-up and procedures, directing to higher
medical cost down the road. One series injury or accident could push an individual or family into
homelessness (Wetzstein, 2019).
Poverty: it is the major cause of homelessness there are points redundancy and high
covering healthcare all these are play into deficiency. In this people can afford essentials like

effectively, governments and companies need to address poverty.
Racial inequality it can be divided depend upon the superiority of one race over another.
In the prospective of united states racial minorities experience homeless and city expansion black

Domestic violence: It covers behaviour between current or former intimate partners
typically where one partner tries to expert power and control, over the other usually by fear it can

Family conflict: this thing happens in joint family most probably, in particular house there were
so many people, but their behaviour needs are different, this thing creates conflict among the
people. Family can throw out their belongings these things shows home environment dangerous

Lack of trustworthiness: some people unable to do trust either it will be a family, friend
or neighbour. Some people wants to live like a family and it simply needs a little guidance.

know what life wants. To live a life people, have to do make good relation with everyone. When
