Introduction
The development of technologies has provided the engineering organizations with an
option of designing products and services as per the sustainability needs of the communities and
the customers. The report reflects on the different undertakings that are undertaken by the
organizations in order to conserve energy for supporting the multidimensional factors of
sustenance. The sustainability model, which is being enumerated as a part of the reflective report
will be helping to identify the different concerns that are encountered by the engineering
organizations while designing the products or services.
The case analysis of Current electricity and future electricity supply chain
The sustainable development of organizations helps the same in maintaining the efficacy
of the operations as per the social, economic and environmental concerns. The previous part has
helped me in identifying the different sustainable operations that are facilitated by AEMO
(Australian Energy Market Operator) in order to support future electricity supply chain. The
study has helped me in understanding the different initiatives that are undertaken by the
organization in order to promote sustainable electrical consumption and production options. The
research portrayed that the current organization coordinated with NEM (National Electricity
Market) in order to develop processes for producing electricity through a blended process of
traditional method (utilization of gas and coal) along with renewable sources.
The blended process has helped the organizations in minimizing the costs that might be
incurred by the same for adhering to the sustainability options. On the other hand, the utilization
of the blended procedure has helped the organizations in maintaining the efficacy of the

operations as per the concerns of the communities. Reay, Ramshaw and Harvey (2013) stated
that the enumeration of the triple bottom line model will be helping the organization in
identifying the priorities that are faced by the same relating to the sustenance of the same while
operating in diverse international markets. The triple bottom line model of sustainability depends
on the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustenance.

The enumeration of the blended process by AEMO and NEM has helped in attaining the
economic sustainability of the venture through minimization of the implementation and
processing costs. Utilization of the traditional methods for energy production and thereby
backing the same with the utilization of renewable resources will be helping the organization in
minimizing the cost of resources. On the other hand, the social concerns relating to the depletion

of the non–renewable sources of energy is also addressed through the implementation of the
blended technology. The adherence to the large size of the demand for energy among the social
inhabitants is addressed through the technology, as it will be helping the organization in
supporting the huge demands of the clients in the Australian markets. The organizations have
also taken steps to adhere to the environmental concerns through the utilization of the renewable
sources of energy. The adherence to the different concerns through the implementation of the
blended technology has helped the organization in maintaining their sustainability.
I believe that the sustainability of the venture is based on the efficacy of the processes
that are undertaken by the venture. The concerned organization has planned to undertake the
venture through a blended technology, which will incorporate the utilization of traditional
methods of electricity production and blended utilization of the renewable sources of energy. The
sustainability of the venture is thereby dependent on the effectiveness of the design that is
framed by the organization, as it will be helping to facilitate the smooth functioning of the
systems. The sustainable development of the organization is based on the assessment of the
needs of the same while operating in diverse international markets. On the other hand, I believe
that the coordinative functioning of the stakeholders towards the common objectives of
organizations helps the same in attaining the sustainability of the same. In this connection, the
collaborative operations of the AEMO and NEM towards the implementation of the blended
process helped the same in achieving the sustainability of the venture. Belaud et al. (2014) stated
that the modifications that are undertaken by organizations are based on the assessment of the
needs of the communities and customers. The sustainability theory that is enumerated during the
study helped me in understanding the multi dimensional aspects of sustenance. The sustainability
theory has helped in understanding the different modifications that might be considered by the

organization in order to gain the sustenance of the same. Rosen (2013) stated that the sustenance
of organization helps in enhancing the brand image of the same in the respective economies.
The case analysis of Environmental sustainable kitchen appliances
The previous part of the research also aims at delineating different kitchen based
technologies that helps in inducing sustainability options in the appliances. The key changes that
are undertaken by the organizations are based on the needs of economic and social sustenance of
the same. Moreover, the concern for environmental sustenance is again an important concern for
the organization while adhering to the needs of the communities. The futuristic kitchen
appliances aim at minimizing the utilization of the energy sources in order to facilitate the
sustainability options. I believe that the study has helped me in understanding the recent ventures
that are undertaken by the organizations in order to bring forth changes in the energy utilization.
The modifications in the approach that are undertaken by the organization while bringing forth
changes in the operations are based on the assessment of needs of the communities.
Klotz et al. (2014) stated that the sustainable functioning of the business operations are
based on the delineations of the needs of the customers and the stakeholders. The moderating
factors play a major role in maintaining the efficacy of the operations that are undertaken by the
organization while operating in diverse global markets. The development of the kitchen
appliances as per the economic, environmental and social sustainability needs has helped the
organization in adhering to the increasing demand for energy efficient concerns. Moreover, the
development of the product as per the concerns of delivering an energy efficient tool to the
customers is based on the assessment of the concerns that are faced by the same. Haapala et al.
(2013) stated that the developments in the design of the products and services that are planned by

stakeholders. The low cost offering of the organization has also helped in adhering to the

I believe that the evolution of technology played a major role in the transformation
process that is undertaken by the organizations for adhering to the sustainability needs of the
same. On the other hand, the development of energy efficient technologies has helped in
supporting the sustenance of the organizations. It also helped the organizations in developing a
competitive edge through the uniqueness of propositions made by the same. On the other hand,
the technological innovations made by the engineering firms have added to the value of the
propositions made by the same. The key modifications that are undertaken by the organizations
in this respect is dependent on the assessment of the social and environmental needs that are
encountered by the same. Different technological innovations that are undertaken by the
engineering firms assist the same in maintaining the proficiency while operating in diverse
global markets. Reay, Ramshaw and Harvey (2013) stated that the innovations in the
engineering technologies has helped the organizations in developing new products and services
that are energy efficient in nature.
The environmental concerns that are faced by the organizations are based on the
consumption of energy and the mode of consumption. The modernized engineering organizations

same. Therefore, the assessment has helped me in understanding the needs faced by the
