Creation of sustainably leads to the innovating, the organization generate the services,
spin off and other procedures which are critically viable for the society as well the industry
acting in the scope sustainability. Restructuring is crucial for an organization which will tends to
interchange the endurance and the heightening of the business. The modernization of
substantiality includes, interchanging calculative measures in the products of the organization,
the services of the company and the enduring of the firm's success and its action. The
construction of innovating the objective and viewing the aim of sustainably in a corporation
takes a passage of time, dedication and a healthy amount of efforts (Boons and McMeekin
2019). The correct optimistic approach of the organization can help in the conduct of the firm to

business. This report will describe the sustainability project of Bio-Bean, which is developing
fuel fro the waste material and utilizing it in fuelling the buses. As well this report will reflect the

As innovation is essential for any company's growth and development and it should be
make time to time for giving competition to their rivals. Companies who doesn't indulge in
innovation are not survive in competition. And the term sustainable innovation means
manufacturing of products, providing services by keeping in mind long period environmental
and social benefits (Thaher, and Jaaron, 2022). Sustainability means using of natural resources
by company in such a way as it was not used against the environment and without compromising
on future generation ability to fulfil their requirement from natural resources while making
economic profit of the firm. As British firm, Bio-Bean is famous for developing eco-friendly
fuels from coffee waste to power London buses (Dyck and Silvestre, 2018).
Importance of sustainable innovation
20th century is know as industrial century in which at large scale industrial and societal
advancement took place which resulted to expansion of energy use and depletion of natural
resources and that give rise to problems regarding the substantiality of natural resources and

cause negative impact on environment. So, in present time companies develop their product
considering the nature. Like bio- bean developed their product which are eco friendly and the
waste of it uses to make fuel for buses. The importance of sustainable innovation are as follows:
 sustainability leads to scientific and structured innovations. The company while making
product kept in mind that it should be eco-friendly along with effective in budget. This
helps in capturing the market because now a day people are interested in buying those
product which are eco friendly (Taticchi, and Demartini, 2021).

capable to an employees in approaching a business issuance in different way. It is like
brain storming which develop thinking of employees out of the box, regarding active
subjects. And for this company re examine their business from new point of view.

cross-functional perceptive. While considering environmental efficiencies company start
working beyond their domain which fostering a working surroundings where employees
ideas consider comprehensive and valuable (Köhler, 2019).

Advantages of sustainable innovations Energy-Efficient: There are various advantages of sustainable development and one of
advantage is it is energy efficient. It helps in protecting plenty of natural resources. Like
manufacturing of energy saving products leads to less use of resources and cost effective
also (Goni, and et. al., 2021). Reducing global warming: Today global warming is one of the important issue for whole
world every nation takes steps in reducing the globe warming because if affect the
climate severely. So the product and services of company are developed in such a way
which are helpful in reducing the emittance of green house gases. Reducing air pollution: The consumption of conventional auto mobiles release huge
amount of harmful gases into environment which cause air pollution. So the company
should make auto-mobile by using green technology. Like bio beans making fuels for
buses in London from the waste of beans which are good for nature and helpful in
improving air quality by reduction of air pollution(Du, and et. al., 2021).

 De-munition of plastic pollution: Plastics are harmful for environment. So company
should develop product in such a way that there is minimum use of plastic. As sustainable
innovation helps the company in improving ecological footprints. In this direction green
technology will help company in attaining their aim. like industries become capable in
inventing novel and eco-friendly packaging material which can easily decompose
without affecting the nature (D'Amato, Mazzanti, and Nicolli, 2021). Preserve natural resources: Sustainable innovation helps the company in developing
their product by minimum use of natural resources so, that it can preserve for future
generation also. And it beneficial for environment and company because by using green
technology they attract more consumers which increase the demand of their product and
ultimately increase the revenue of the company(Weidner, Nakata, and Zhu, 2021). Effectual recycling: Sustainable innovation helpful in recycling processes which permit
recycling of products by higher fraction to efficacious waste separation procedure.
 Tax benefits: Those companies deals with sustainable innovation government of UK give
some tax rebate to such companies. So, they used such amount in more research and
development in their business (Lopez-Valeiras, et.al 2015).
Disadvantages of sustainable innovations Increase the cost of research and development: The problem of sustainable innovation is
that it requires huge amount of money for research and development which reduce the
morale of company and reduce the use of sustainable development. High cost of Implementation: sustainable innovation not only increase the cost of research
but also increase the implementation cost of an organisation. Like giant company convert
their function from fossil to renewable energy which required new equipment and skilled
labour which increase the budget of the company (Endl,and et. al., 2021). Effect the product cost: Implementation of new technology is tough task for any
organisation. For the use of such technology company required skilled professional which
needed lot of time and cost. It dis-balance the budget of project which increase the rate of
production and its impact will be on consumer indirectly (Gavrila, and Ancillo, 2021). Lack of consumer acceptance: Generally public are not cautious about environmental
issues and why sustainable innovation is necessary in business. So, they are not interest in

purchasing eco-friendly product because these products are expensive and its not
affordable for them (Borah, Iqbal, and Akhtar, 2022). Reduce competition: Most of companies are using conventional technology for
functioning of their business. And conversion of such companies into renewable energies
is not easy task. And companies take long time to adjust as per green technology due to
which they unable to survive in competition (Sun and Ding, 2020). Increase unemployment: New technology required young and talented minds. So,
company start hiring new employees who are highly skilled in their field which lead to
termination of old employees which become the cause of unemployment. Immature green technology: Technologies which are used by company which are eco-
friendly in nature but the problem is that they are not sufficiently developed which effect
the manufacturing sector of the company. And they have to work on the product more
and more which takes lot of time in research and development (Polese, and et. al., 2021).
 Defective products: Companies makes their product by considering the sustainable
innovation which cause defects in their product. Due to which consumer after considering
the reviews of the particular companies product are not showing their interest in buying
such products which leads to loss of revenue of company (Goni, and et. al., 2021).

The suitability is the most important concern in today's scenario because in order to save
environment it is very important for an individual to practice certain things in order to be
effective and efficient. The sustainability is the term which is used in order to practice the
sustainability so that the individual is responsible for saving natural resources for the future
generations (Sehnem, and et. al., 2022). The sustainable development is important for the future
generations an dit is important that an individual focus on the saving natural resources in order to
use for the further generations. As the use of the various aspect and access use of material can
lead to the loss for future generations. The current lifestyle which I am having is that I will have
to practice to sustainable development. There are various ways which I can practice in order to
practice sustainability which will help in saving environment from harmful effects (Annosi, et.al
2020).

 I can focus on using the plastic free materials such as the plastic straw which has been
used at the coffee shops can be stooped. I can use my own carry bag for the purchase of
grocery items in the market. The use of ply bags can be reduce as this is the plastic which
is very harmful for the environment. It is very important to practice this lifestyle in daily
household work so that it can be sustainable.
 I can focus on thinking before shopping. This is the major cause of the sustainable as at
times it happens that I purchase unnecessary items in my wardrobe which are of no use.
So in order to control over my purchase it is very important that I purchase the material
which is necessary so that the resources can be save for future. This step plays a major
role in developing towards sustainable environment (French, 2019)
 The another aspect which is towards the sustainable is that I can stop using the products
which are made from animal on the endangered species list which are considered illegal
to buy. I can adopt this in my current lifestyle where I will not purchase the material
which is been made from the animal skin. It is very important that I can focus on looking
for the products which are sustainable.
 The another ways is that I can adopt the lifestyle of sustainability the material and focus
on the labels of the material which is been used in daily life. This will impact is
sustainability of the environment. This is most important in order to be sustainable where
I can eat less meat in order o be save the animal killing (Prashar, 2020).
 I can also use the method which is reuse, recycle and renew. This will help in practising
sustainable development in daily life activities. This is very important for the
development of sustainable practices in order to be effective. With the business
organisation context they need to focus on various aspect where they need to reduce
carbon footprint so that they can focus on preparing for the sustainable development.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that the sustainable development is very
important in today world as in order to save environment for future growth and development. It
is very important for the business organisation to practice the various sustainable development
practice so that they can save environment from the harmful effects which can be produced from
the production of the products or services. The companies are responsible for practising various
measures of sustainable development there are various practices which can be considered by
individual in order to be effective and efficient.
