term environmental and social benefits which gives profitable advantage to the business. It gives
benefits to the company by working with its products and services. It is used in developing novel
products and services. In this respective project, various examples have been used to explain the
sustainable innovation in the market and businesses. This project states the importance of
sustainable innovation, its pros and cons and how it benefited our firm with taking the into
consideration and how it helps to earn profit in minimum damaging the environment and by
waste how profit can be earned.

to help power London's double decker buses, makes coffee pellets and coffee logs. This
is all done by recycling process. This prevent from wasting the new resources and raw
material. As the Bio-Bean firm protects the environment by using waste, government of
UK also supports start-ups by providing many perks.

understanding the importance of bio bean product which I am using now. The Gibbs model is
founded in 1988 by Graham Gibbs and in this step basically six stages are involved which is

1. Description – According to me bio-bean is a very good company because they produced
eco-friendly products with low cost which I liked very much. The main advantage of
their products is that it is fully free from disease and due to this I confidently use their
product. The products which is produced by this firm is recycling waste coffee grounds
into advanced biofuels, biomass pellets and, in the near future biodiesel.
2. Feelings – After the using the product of bio bean I am so happy because I get various
advantages due to using their products. For example, due to using their product such as
fuel in my vehicle fuel efficiency are highly increased which is highly beneficial for me.
3. Evaluation – According to me the the approach of sustainable innovation plays the major
role for maintaining the sustainability of environment. Because sustainability innovation
is highly important for protecting the environment and living organisms from pollution
and other type of damage effectively.
4. Analysis – From above analysis I concludes that bio bean is one of the company who is
highly focused on sustainable innovation with help of identifying the needs and desires of
customers effectively. From this project I also understand that use of natural products is
highly important for increasing the life of machines and human beings.

less awareness people are getting diseased day by day. Due to increasing awareness of
these type of products the health of the people are getting protected for long time.
After the proper analysis of Gibbs analysis model I conclude that sustainable innovation is highly
essential for maintaining the growth of organization in long term. With help of providing eco-
friendly products to users the positive relationship between company and customer are easily
sustained for long time. From this project I also realized that due to producing eco-friendly
products the goodwill of company is easily maintained in long term. Due to the use of eco-
friendly products like bio fuel, fuel efficiency in my vehicle is highly increased.
CONCLUSION
From the above report we summarized that sustainable innovation is very important for our
future environment and every company around the globe used adapt this process. The important
and benefits of this Eco-friendly process makes the resources, environment and climate safe.
These products are mostly appreciated by the customers around the world. The model of
sustainable development helps us to figure out, was is the important model which will be
benefited to the company to reduce the cost of production and increase revenue. This report also
explains us the advantage of using Eco-friendly products which helps the company to attain tax
benefits and licensing. They are also some drawbacks like high cost and hard to adapt by
workers but companies are then also producing the bio-friendly products, the reasons are
explained in the importance of sustainable innovation above which are, maintaining the
environment by using biodegradable materials, protecting the environment and not exploiting the
resources.
