The sustainable organization is concept that helps in describe the organization about that
they are followed and principles of sustainable developments. The sustainable innovation in
organization helps in become more sustainable in state to accomplish the UN sustainable
developments targets and goals. The sustainable organization helps in provide the approach to
build the long term value with operating the ecological, economic and social environments. It
helps in built the strategies foster for the companies. There are various dimensions to develop the
sustainability such as environment, culture, society and economic. Thinking about the future
helps in improve the quality of life and lifestyle standards of organization (Ammirato, 2021).
Aerial power company at London, United Kingdom and it has created the drone based systems
for cleaning the solar panels because it is the environmentally friendly, cheaper and more
efficient rather than the traditional cleaning methods. This report will discuss the importance of
sustainable innovation and current lifestyle as well as what I could comply with sustainable
ideals in lifestyles.

as consumer, society, government, local community etc. For example, Aerial Power is a London
based organization that created a drone-based system for the purpose of cleaning solar panel. The
product produces by the organization for the purpose of promoting the solar panel. With the help
of solar panel the electricity consumption get reduced which ultimately result into the saving of
natural resources for the future generation (Yang and et.al., 2022). The importance of sustainable
innovation within the organization are as follows:
 Meet present generation: Innovation in sustainable organization are most important
because it helps in meet the present generation through without sacrificing the needs of
future generations. The business require the actively incorporate in the business for
sustain such as climate change in the process of innovation and human rights. Engage
with the sustainable innovation are important are gain the long term about the people of
future and investing in the technologies as well as immediate the goals and objectives

which are most important for organization as regard the growth and developments (Iqbal
and Ahmad, 2021).
For example: the company Aerial power adopt the innovation in business than it helps for
the present generation as well as it also assist by the future generation and cleaning solar panels
are most important for the environments so, drone is the latest technologies as rather as the
traditional technologies because the traditional technology take a lot of time and expensive rather
than drone based systems. Sustainable innovation are most important in the organization to
achieve the goals and objectives of business and gain competitive advantages as compared to the
non sustainable competitors

organization because the sustainable innovation are likely to be more successful rather
than the traditional innovation. The substantiality is not only the part of the organizational

customers because if business have the good cultures than the employees prefer to join
business as well as it brings better people.
For example: it helps in develop the Aerial company culture. The company can gain the
better image and reputations as well as competitive advantages which are most important for

marketplace. And better environments culture helps in attract the more customers as well as
employees.

important for the organization to attract more and more investors. The investment is required in
the company because this is one of the way through which a business can further expand its

business. In order to attract more investors the company first required to keep investors happy as

Lifestyles are referred as the attitudes and way of life living of individual person. In the
current lifestyles is created the personal identity and it also includes the behaviours and functions
of personal lifestyle of everyone. Current lifestyles of individual includes the regular activity, eat
plant based foods, choose healthy fat foods, maintain a healthy weight and adequate rest on daily
basis (Singh, 2021). Every individual have a different lifestyles such as healthy lifestyle,
corporate lifestyle and rural and urban lifestyles. Good lifestyles of individual includes the daily
exercise, adequate sleep and good nutrition which are most important in the every persons
lifestyles. Living a healthy lifestyle is most essential for the individuals.
There are various strategies that I could comply with sustainability ideals. Reduce plastic waste: I will reduce the use of plastic waste and plastic packaging from
child toys to food, electronics to cosmetics. I will avoid the dispose of plastic and plastic
shopping bags and use the reuse bags which helps save the environment. Save electricity and paper: I can work sustainability in office and home. I can save paper
with the use of digital technologies for record the notes and message to anyone, it helps
in save the trees (Binder, Blankenberg and Welsch, 2020). The waste of electricity can
also be minimized with the helps of switch off the computer completely and switch the
power saving modes to save the electricity because it consumes the lots of power so, it's

my responsibility to consume the less electricity, I can download the music and film and
then I can watch it with the offline instead. Switch to green power: I will switch to green power because it helps in improve the
carbon footprints with the helps of switching the renewable energy resources for
electricity and it helps in living the healthy life and save the environments for the future
generation, and they will live smoothly with the fresh environments. Simple life: I will live the simple life to without and furnitures and also can buy the
second hand furnitures which helps in save the many trees and environments to harm. I
will turn the light whenever I leave room. I will use the matches rather than lighters and I
will also use the rechargeable batteries which helps in save the electricity. I could use the
bamboo toothbrush and use the reusable straws. I could use the cloths towels instead
towels of paper. I can hang clothes in laundry as rather as use the dryers. Reduce energy consumption: I can reduce the energy consumption items those who
consume the large energy resources such as oven, dishwasher, washing machines,
refrigerator, hoover, etc. if I buy the new products in electronic then I will check the
energy labels before purchasing (Elf, Gatersleben and Christie, 2019). I could use the
solar energy and wind pipe as rather as the electricity because it helps in balance the eco-
balance and carbon footprints.
 Save fuel and drive less: I can save the fuel with the helps of less driving because traffic
is not only burden of cities but it also the impact on the climate that's why it easy to move
in the eco-friendly way and protect the environments for stay fit. I can use the electronic
buy and batteries bikes as well as use the cycles which helps in safe environments and
otherwise I can share the bikes and care sharing, rides sharing and neighbourhood cars
and it helps in rapidly grow.
CONCLUSION
As the conclusion, the sustainable organization is consisted the macro environments
factors such as political, legal, economic and social as well as environmental factors which are
most important for organization. Sustainable innovation helps in gain the better result for
organization and improved the process of organization with the brand images. Aerial power
organization is fist company which develop the fully automated drone for cleaning the solar

panels and it also known as the solar Brush. It is the patent method to adopt the automate drone
based cleaning which can apply on solar farm. This report discussed the significance of stability
innovation in organization that include the productivity increase, develop business culture,
employees morale, etc. This report also elaborated the current lifestyle and sustainable ideals
which are complied in life such as live simple life, use cycle, save fuel, use reusable products,
save energy consumptions, reduce plastic waste, etc. this all are mots important for the health
protection of individuals.
