I am writing this letter for putting forward my request for internship in your organization, the
City of bays water. I want to put forward my request for working for the department of
sustainability for the city. I came across the advertisement for the internship at the department of
sustainability from your official website. At first, I would like to provide my brief introduction. I
am Govinda, an international student pursuing my master’s degree in sustainable development in
the city of Bayswater. I have completed my graduation with Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
from Nepal. I want to pursue this internship as a part of my course unit which requires me to
complete 300 hours of internship through the semester. In accordance with my previous and
current studies, I am well versed with the concepts related to agriculture and sustainable
development. I have been one of the top performing students in the previous semesters of the
course in my university. I can integrate the knowledge of sustainability gathered from the course
to the tasks of the internship project. I am capable of both designing and undertaking research on
sustainability. I have collaborated previously with my friends in various freelance projects. I am
a creative problem solver and have used this ability to get higher grades in my previous
semesters in the University. I can think clearly about the ethical implications of the research and
I am articulate and persuasive in my communication levels. I can prepare, reflect and critically
