which endure the values of stockholders, environment, future generations and the community
and also the other species. It is the actions and behaviours that an organisation embraces with a
view to recognise its connection with a planet and humanity thus it will lead a positive impact
and positive effects on the environment and social change. Organisations business practices
helps in reducing of the operational expenses and also improves the relations of stakeholders,
also increases the profitability of an organisation and will also result in competitive advantage
over others. Thorough Sustainable Leadership, leaders of an organisation often manage the
organisation towards the society, environment, communities etc with long term goals in their
mind(Bruno, R. and Abbott, J.-A. M 2015). A sustainable leadership brings the balance in
meeting the organisational goals and also improving the social and environmental problems at a
global level. In short it is the way of maintaining the financial performance of the organisation
with adding benefits to the society and to the environment at large.

country who were violating human rights.
