• Sustainable leadership is simply defined by the leadership approaches used in a business by complying
with the green practices and long-term sustainable developments in the society, sustainable leadership
impacts in a positive manner some of these positive impacts are discussed below:
• Reduction in waste-it helps in reducing the waste by optimum utilization of the resources with least
cost incurred.
• Organic products –organic products used by the business helps in reducing the negative impacts of the
business activities in the society and minimizes the emission of harmful chemicals into the
environment.

LEWIN CHANGE MANAGEMENT MODEL
AND ITS IMPACT ON SUSTAINABILITY
Lewin change management model was coined by Kurt Lewin which defines the process of change
management initiates when a perception of change is created. Further this change management model has
three stage, which are discussed below in brief:
• unfreeze – the first Stage is defined as understanding they sensual and the real purpose of why change
is required.
• Change-the second stage of the change management model is defined by creation and identifying of
algorithms of operating the business activities in a new and innovative manner

impact on the brand image of the organisation which can further demotivate tourist to purchase the
services of the company.
